The property was easy to find. The clerk was very friendly. Although, we didn't stay for breakfast the dining area was clean and everyone there seemed to be enjoying breakfast. I did grab two apples. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I saw there star review picked it due to the rating.... star rating should be higher it was that good to us.

this Quality Inn is very basic comfortable lodging. my only complaint is the television remote is obviously worn and needs replacement. Why skimp on a guest essential included in the room description when the rest of the room is well maintained? (The game is to score 100% isn't it?) i may stay here again when i'm too tired to continue on to El Paso.

Staff was amazing, facility was clean and pet friendly
Parking lot was spacious and even had spots for trailers (which I had).
Great place to stay. I cannot be more greatful for them.

The motel was older and needs updating. The hallway area was FILTHY and needed to be aired out. The bathroom was tiny and not clean.

One word describes the property...DIRTY. The carpets look like they were installed in the 70's and haven't been shampooed or vacuumed since. Other gripes include a refrigerator that wouldn't cool despite setting the dial to max and a very inefficient air con unit. Will never stay at this place again.

I can’t be objective with this one because I forgot my tablet in one of the side bed tables and when I called them they said that there weren’t any tablet. I insisted to look for it, I asked if the room was rented soon after they said no and that they will call me back and they did the next day to tell me nothings was there and that nobody knew about it. So somebody stoled it.

This property definitely has its issues. We arrived late and left early. But I was extremely disappointed in the manager at the front in the morning. We tried to watch some tv before bed and the remote was not working. We could get the tv on but that was it. The problem was that it was on a VERY inappropriate channel and we had two kids with us. It got stuck. It wouldn’t turn off, it wouldn’t change. When I told the mgr to let them know so it can be fixed, she basically told me I was stupid. That there’s a “sensor above the microwave that everyone knows about” and it probably fell back. The show was called “sugar daddies” and my kids got to watch someone get felt up and then shot point blank.
The AC also was tripped when we got there and it tripped and turned off in the middle of the night. Chunks of the mop were on the floor, but hey, I guess it proved they cleaned it. Also, they have outside lights that shine through the curtains so you always think it’s bright outside. We will not be coming back.
