Quality Inn Winnemucca - Model T Casino

This stay was exactly what I expected. A hotel in a casino. Walking in, seemed kinda suspicious, but surprisingly, the rooms were clean and comfy. The beds were perfect. The AC worked. It wasn’t noisey. I felt safe being in the room. The free breakfast was good. I would stay here again if we pass through again.

We have a family of 6 and we fit so comfortably! We had a room with one king, one queen, one pull out couch, and they gave us a rollaway bed. It was amazing! I feel like a lot of hotels with multiple beds the beds are all squished together. This felt very spacious. Gabe Angle at the front desk was awesome to work with. So friendly and accommodating. And they provided vouchers for a free breakfast for each of us in the hotel restaurant in the morning and it was delicious. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is old and has a not so pleasant smell. The room was clean and the bed was ok. The TV only gets one channel. For a one night stay, it wasn’t too bad.

The room smelled bad and the towels were filled with flea feces. When damp, blood spots formed around the towels. The toilet bowl was dirty.

There was an elevator running through the room all night. By the time i realized it, it was too late. That's on me. Make sure to specify no elevator. Not much sleeping was had.

Had trouble getting reservations but finally got someone to help. Nice rooms. Shower head needs replaced.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. Casio, wifi. Room was dated and a little dirty but not bad. AC worked well.

Was first given a room that was ready on check in. Given another room. Booked for four days. On day three, I requested room to be serviced. They Said they were understaffed and couldn’t do it that day but could do it the next day. Had to go down down to the front desk to ask for towels, soap, shampoo and a bag to empty trash which was put out in the hallway. Checked out the next morning. Was not going to spend another night. Room was not worth the money I paid for and I paid a lot of money. Service was horrible and understaffed. Dining area was closed early each day. It seemed par for the course. Would not recommend anybody to stay. Should have gotten a clue when there was a plunger sitting in the hallway when we were walking to our room. Upon checkout, I was told to call the third party I booked through and maybe I could get a refund.

We stayed for several days for a baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

I did not stay at this property. Upon arrival the Front Desk was closed. They left a note saying the were totally booked and no rooms available. I had a confirm reservation.

It is a very dated hotel. Curtains in the room were filthy. Parkinglot in back of property felt unsafe

It was a great stay! The room was very clean! Their beds are very uncomfortable. It feels like laying on a floor then on the bed.

Customer service was amazing especially jinx who went above, beyond and out of her way to make this father's day enjoyable for me and my kids.

Older but clean and tidy room. Excellent breakfast- best we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. It’s attached to a casino but our room was far away and we didn’t hear the noises or smell the smells of the casino. Could hear the guests next door really well, not much sound proofing between rooms. Overall okay room for a stopover on our trip.

The hotel's reception area was small, ooks okay but older. First impression was it wont be nice. We were surprised that the room we had was clean, good smelling, floor was clean, the 2 beds were soft to lay down and very comfortable and pillows were soft and fluffy. Had a big-sized mirror, had a dining area w/ 2 chairs and a nice table. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator. I must say the room has all the amenities you will need. We love the room! The only thing was there were no bars to hold on to when you get into the bathtub. Overall, the room was a 9 out of 10

Worst hotel we ever visited. Not only was our heating/cooling system not working correctly, but we had no hot water for our three-night stay. It appeared to be a widespread problem. As we checked out, the front desk stated that since we had dealt with a booking site, he could not issue a refund/credit but that we would have to have Expedia contact the hotel, which they did, three times. Surprise- the Model T Hotel did not respond to the call or emails. Have you ever washed your waist length hair in a cold-water shower? Not lukewarm...cold. And we paid full price for this. As I said earlier-Worst hotel ever and we have been on many road trips and stayed in many small towns but never had this many problems.

Property is vert old. The floor was creaking and the carpet was dirty.
