The hotel is a great old hotel layout is amazing, the bad is maintaining the property over the years has not happened, only one operating elevator , the other one is slow and usually busy . Also restaurant bar adjacent is only open Friday ; Saturday,
The staff are great and pleasant to deal with , housekeeping do a great job , overall hotel stay is good value for the money if you’re stay for $65 -70 a night .

They gave us a room key to someone else's room. Our key card wouldnt work then we had to go back and tell them it wasnt working. They said "oh someone is already in that room!" We got a new room and the air conditioner was broken, sink barely let out any water and no vent in the tiny bathroom. Also breakfast is $12/person. Other than that the hotel was decent and clean.

We left a day early but was still refused a refund of the day we did not use, i was not going to do a review but i may as well be honest about our stay.
This has the potential to be a great hotel, however, sadly it is not.
Our room had large holes in the wall next to power outlets, there was some mold around the tub, we were right outside where they decided to prep breakfast, which was $12 per person per day which is really not worth the price.
Rooms are basic, no place to sit at if you wanted to eat, no table etc.
My advice would be to choose somewhere else, i will also do a google review later.

We have stayed here several times. On multiple occasions, we have been woken up by loud noises from the breakfast crew. Dropping things and clanging. Definitely not sound proof rooms.

Normally I enjoy my stay. This time. I noticed the linens weren't changed. I had to sleep on top of my blanket. I was too tired to complain.

Your handicapped parking spots at the front of the property were dangerous, the ramp to get to the sidewalk had huge holes and spots where the pavement was dangerous.
Could barely understand the front desk personnel.

Pretty sketchy once you get passed the area surrounding the pool. There was a guy iworking in the bar that was very kind. Besides that there was a lot of petty charges and borderline rude staff.

this hotel looks nothing like portrayed online. outside is in such poor condition and felt very unsafe having a child with me. the hot tub smelled horrible. the room was decent--bed was comfy. the bathroom was old and dingy. no shampoo or conditioner or any type of supply. water was cold and very old, poorly functioning hardware within the shower. we are not fussy travelers, but this was not a place I felt safe at. we left and went somewhere safer and cleaner.

Don’t let the grandeur of the lobby fool you. It would have been nice to take some of that space and put it into the rooms. The bathroom was tiny and had no fan to help with steam when taking a shower. Our neighbor checked in after midnight then there children were screaming and crying and the parents were screaming at them to be quiet. Had to pay for breakfast which in my opinion for $11 a person it should be more than just a continental breakfast. Don’t waist your money on that.

Clerks at the desk were very rude, when checking in my door was already open , the lock was locked keeping thr door from being shut all the way, there was a homeless man in the lobby overnight, worker had time to come up to me on the patio and ask me questions but not realize the homeless man picking his toes on the couch behind them, at 9:58 the worker running breakfast started throwing it away with guest still at the buffet plating food. There was roaches in the bed room and bath tub.

The hallways look like a prison hallway. Rooms are ok. Only one chair available for 4 people. Room service cleaned and fixed one bed and left the other bed undone. Not really sure if they actually cleaned the beds or not. Found one insect/ant on the bed. Front staff was not fluent with English and hard to understand. Did not get information on how to exit the hotel or where to leave the key cards. Overall stay 2.5/5. Hope this help with future customers. Good luck!

The hotel was okay overall—not amazing, but not terrible either. The room itself was clean, which is always a top priority for me. The hallways could definitely use some fresh paint, as they looked a bit worn down. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub had a really strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to enjoy. The hotel does feel a bit dated, but for the price, it wasn’t a bad stay.

The windows were drafted and the room was so cold. Turning up thermostat was so noisy and it rattled all night. Bathroom has no exhaust so cold room and trying to shower made a rain forest effect in bathroom to the point you could not get ready in the morning. The elevator also was not working and I had to carry luggage downstairs.
