I love the staff. They are super friendly and try to help in every way that they can. The location is close to downtown Louisville, KY. The beds are also really soft.

I had the absolute worst experience here. Let's ignore the fact that I was paying $400/night for what should be a 2 star hotel. It's Derby, so I get it. But what is absolutely inexcusable is the fact that housekeeping attempted to come into my room while I was showering (before check out time, I might add). The only reason they didn't get in is because I had closed the latch bolt. This is where it gets even worse. After they attempted to get into my room unsuccessfully, they just left the door open the 2-3 inches. I was walking around my room naked for a good 10 minutes before I realized the door was open. I had asked for a late check out but after that, I wanted to get out of there as quickly as I could. I was crying when I recounted the story to the front desk. It has now been 4 days and no one has called or written to offer an explanation or apology. Oh, also this place was dirty. Like flies of pizza dropped not he floor and left there for hours dirty.

Common areas are nice. Staff is wonderful. Rooms need updates. Rooms don’t smell pleasant. Cheap rates are nice, but you get all the things (and company) that come with a hotel with cheap rates. If you need a place to stay and you’re not picky, it works. The elevators are scary.. take the steps.

When we checked in, our 1st room has not been cleaned. They noved us to another room had mold. We stayed here a few times, was very good, I think they had changed management.

Place is way to expensive to not have the pool open. The only reason we chose the Radisson was due to its proximity to the hospital we had to go to and that it had a pool. Wanted one last day of fun and leisure spent in a pool that was closed.

The room was very dirty and stinky. I found in my room a bottle of FANTA (opened) for someone.
I asked for clean in the next day, and the room was dirty again. No one came to clean it up.
The toilet was dirty and very old. And the roof is falling down.
My room was the K-109.

Hotel is confusing. Entry level is pretty & looks decently maintained. When the elevator arrived it was in horrible disrepair - cracked floor, thumping is scary, buttons cracked, panel only being held on by 1 screw. Our hallway & room were in serious need of updating. Streaks down wall next to bed, tub was definitely not in good condition & held about 4 inches of water during shower, spigot would move & was unattached when pulling up valve to turn shower head on. Toilet ran randomly all night. Carpet felt gross under feet. Even though room was serviced every day, room just didn’t feel clean. Hotel charged my card even though I selected pay at property. I was using my debit card to reserve the room but wanted to use credit at the property. I called management to ask about it & she said she was told by corporate to do that & they did not notify me in any way. They do not allow room charges for breakfast - we were told people skip out & routinely charge to other people’s rooms. The entry & first floor are nice, the rooms are pictures much better online. I don’t think I got the room I reserved based on pictures. This seems to be a trend in the Choice Hotel line as of late.

This was a very run down property! It was extremely dirty and poorly kept. Not updated at all! Our room was right over a dumpster! Our keys stopped working every day. I will never stay here again! The only bright lights were comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower.

If you don't care about where you sleep this is for you. This hotel is old and outdated. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and it is not a brand property, it's individually owned. The hotel elevator smells like Marijuana, the hallway carpet smells old and moldy. The rooms are severely dated. They were our of all the food options

After staying in the hotel the rate I paid started to make sense. My first night I had a cockroach crawl across my television screen. The tub had glazing pealing off everywhere, there was an unconnected wire sticking up from the back of the bathroom light, and the TP roles were to small for the holders. Every time I used the TP it would fall out of the holder. My breakfast was disappointing; I would have though getting biscuits and gravy farther south would have been better. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that post-apocalyptic shows/movies were filmed there without having to add much to make it look run down.

Good hotel. Stayed here before and right off of the interstate. Seems like a nice place for taking a family. We only were there for the night to go to the next place. Over all great hotel.
