Friendly, professional staff. Very clean and spacious rooms.

I liked the space in the room. I did not like that there items left in the room from cleaning crew such as air pod case, rag, and food tray. Also i did not like being rushed to leave before check out time. Furniture and linens need to be updated.

Front desk was amazing at ck in but when told them about remote not working we were never helped.

Staff was friendly and supportive. Continental breakfast choices were unreasonably limited. English muffins and bread / toast were stale. Opted to walk to WinStar's IHOP Express for breakfast. Room was not quiet (guest conversation in nearby rooms heard at 12:45 AM). Room rate (high) was not representative of available amenities.

Room was dark and dirty

We loved that the hotel was super close to winstar, be aware that there no late check out. The breakfast is basic and limited but other than that everything is great there

Luck of the draw I guess not sure we were assigned room #309 which was next to elevator that lets say has issues. Each time elevator went up or down it was 3 clunks which vibrated our room. Didn't bother to complain as all hotels in area were booked. Not a great value 381.00 per night.

Had the suite,no tv service,did not tell you, and bathroom had bad water leak,never left a bad review before.

The front desk stated our reservation was canceled. We were not allowed to check in.

Enjoyed our stay

Our tv didn’t work the entire stay when we called front desk they said it was because of the weather.

Staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. I was a little worried about staying here due to some of the reviews. The hotel was very clean, and the room was great. The bed is HARD and there was no coffee for breakfast but would definitely stay here again.

Love it here they r alway nice n helpful n very clean place. Could make better bf in the morning all the around good place to stay to go to the casino walk ain’t very far

Jay was excellent at customer service but your staff not really helpful at all as we reserved our back in February and personnel when asked about how does the price change on reservations could not explain to me why it was way higher than what was on reservations I will not be using your site to book room in future

I had spent the night with family and close to Winstar so convenient, I had left some of my belongings behind and by the time I had noticed a week had gone by I called the hotel hoping that housekeeping would’ve found it, so happy that they did put it in a safe place for me till I was able to go pick it up. Thanks so much Red River Inn !!😎

Great stay, relaxing

We WERE HAPPY WITH RED RIVER INN AND SUITE 😠 The TV didn’t work! there was NO WIFI and the room was hot took forever to cool. The bed squeak, the iron was crack,fridge was a little cold. Rooms don’t look nice like they do online. My husband try to watch the Ranger game thank god for his phone he was able to watch it. Breakfast was insane, There was not a good variety of food for breakfast to offer guest. You would think for the price they charger to stay there at least have a decent breakfast.!!!! Every thing was thrown everywhere. No coffee cups or creamer. They said they were going to give us a discount but we still haven’t heard from the manager. Never again would I stay there!!!!!!!

We could have checked in at 2:30 as rooms were ready;however the person at front desk said she had to clean lobby and there would be a strong smell. She said we had to wait till 3. Well befofe 3 a man walks in to check in she checks him in and carries a conversation with him. Well i guess because i am not anglo i had to wait. My problem is she checked me in did not bother to talk to me or explain they had continental breakfast like she explained to the person she checked in before me. Then to top it off she sends us to go through the back to get to our room. So why did we have to wait when we didn't even go through the front lobby. It is not our fault she had to work or clean the lobby. She shouldn't be taking care of the front desk if she doesn't like her job.
