Friendly staff. Very clean room. Many restaurants to choose from in the area. What else could one need? Great stay!

The staff are professional and friendly. The transport from this hotel to Back Bay is a bit taxing with a bus and train combo which takes about one hour each way.
The rooms are well appointed, clean with nice tv, well appointed bathroom with bath rather than shower and large bed for the single traveller.

There was a hostile customer in front of us. The front desk associate was beyond calm. They need a raise.
