Having notified the desk previously that we would come in quite late, we arrived around 2:30am. When we arrived, we were very nicely greeted by Lucy, who gave us instructions on where to park most conveniently to our room. She was communicative and kind, and made us feel right at home.
When we spoke to Nick at checkout, we told him about a small problem we had at the hotel. Nick apologized for this inconvenience, and his sincere and friendly manner made us feel that the hotel really cared about their senior citizen guests.
Hats off to Marriot Residence Inn for great customer service from Lucy and Nick!

We loved the suite. The accommodations were exactly what we had hoped it to be. Our only problem we would like to pass on is we set the thermostat to 66 to cool off the room and it did not change from the 73.
We are competely satisfied and would stay again. Thank you.

We really loved a lot about our stay at the residence inn. However, the couch bed/pull out couch is advertised as a place a person can sleep and yet it was so uncomfortable, lopsided, lumpy and foot of the bed higher than the head of the bed, that it was impossible to use this bed. Very disappointing.

The staff were amazing! I left my baby monitor there and called and they checked unfortunately not finding it at first. Then an hour or so later they called having found it finally ❤️❤️ I was so glad and the front desk person Nick was so sweet during all of it.
