During my stay, I appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to Mayo Clinic. The facility was generally clean and quiet, but there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. The elevator felt unsafe due to noticeable shaking and loud screeching sounds while in use.
While I enjoyed the hot tub, it was frustrating to constantly have to move because of a leaking roof overhead.
In the bathroom, the shower had weak water pressure and emitted a high-pitched screech while in use, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower after a long day of travel.
Additionally, all the vending machines were out of order during my stay, which was disappointing. I had hoped to grab a simple cold beverage without having to leave the hotel.

This hotel had lots of children and families gathering for events and pool parties. It seems great for that type of event but I was not there for that kind of event. Breakfast was good, the attached restaurant had really good food, and some pull tabs and games, including a full bar and good service. Free entry to comedy club on weekends was a nice plus.

We stay at this hotel 2-4 times each month as patients at Mayo Clinic. Service is usually good and rooms are clean and well kept. But they ran out of plates for breakfast and were not willing or able to provide adequate replacements.

Erin was wonderful. The hotel was close to the mayo clinic but it would be nice if they offered a shuttle service to the clinic. We enjoyed our stay but the one thing we will take into consideration next time is if the hotel offers a shuttle service for the clinic. But over all everything was great.

Dislike: The black spots on the ceiling tiles - it’s not a design-it appears to be mold
