Rose Hill Inn

The romantic cottage was just what we needed. Only thing we could possibly say we didn’t like was the entrance to the property off of the road. It was pretty tight, but thankfully it’s not too busy and we never had any issues with people coming or going at the same time that we were.

It was the most amazing inn. Given, it was the first we have been in, while doing a US road trip, having flown from Europe. The hosts are amazing and easygoing and the breakfast is to die for. Amazing experience overall!

We met one of the hosts upon arrival and she was amazing! Kind and informative about the area with great recommendations. I love the unique stay here, the beautiful staircase and vintage style (yet still modern and beautiful) rooms. The shower is immaculate! And the fridge in the room is retro and perfect. I am so grateful we chose to stay here instead of a huge corporate hotel. I love niche spaces like this. Thank you Rose Hill Inn! The fresh roses on the table are the sweetest touch

Wonderful historic property with generous accommodations and engaging hosts!

Robin and Rachel were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy and french toast for breakfast was fantastic. You won't be disappointed with Rose Hill Inn!

This was our second stay at Rose Hill Inn. The Inn is a quiet and convenient place to stay when in Versailles. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. The location is great for walking to the Amsden Bourbon Bar and places to eat. And, it is close to Woodford Reserve and Keeneland. Great place to stay.

Room was well-appointment with water, snacks, toiletries. Robin & Sean were lovely hosts at breakfast and Robin was very knowledgeable about the history of the 200 year-old property when we asked.

Absolutely loved this place, very classy, worth it! Friendly staff, delicious food, cozy accommodations (although we had a full size bedroom and bathroom and a lovely living room areas. Cannot beat this place! Just lovely!

Luv this Place! All was Great from Beginning to end- can’t wait to come back next summer. (We came to visit Woodford and arrived on a Monday so most was closed in the town but such a cute town just nearby so next year for sure not on a Monday) So Great Job! It’s all about the little details in this place and Breakfast was great !

Amazing shower and bathroom! Owner is incredibly nice and accommodating! Bed was extraordinarily comfortable with top shelf linens. Beautiful and well kept property! Owner pays attention to all the little details that make staying here special.

The Rose Hill Inn was amazing. The property was gorgeous and the inn caretakers and staff were superb and very friendly.

The property was amazing and if you get a chance to speak to the owner, she is a wealth of information in regards to the history of the house and the area. I loved my conversation with her. And try her long grapes. They are interesting and very tasty.

My husband and I had the most DELIGHTFUL stay at Rose Hill Inn during Holy Week/Spring Break! Attention to details and cleanliness were off the charts! From the immaculately clean room with comfy sheets to the delicious breakfasts and superb hospitality from everyone who runs the place, we LOVED our stay! The grounds were well taken care of and the decor was on point and consistent for the style of each room! We loved how they gave a variety choices for breakfast, greeted us upon arrival to make sure we were taken care of and got into our room okay, provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the room (including some Easter candy because of the timing of our trip), happily answered my many questions about the area (Including the informational and well designed mobile guest manual!!!!), and even had cute robes (we never actually used) and a kitchenette for all of our needs! Rose Hill Inn was the PERFECT stay for visiting The Kentucky Horse Park, The Ark Encounter, hiking in the Daniel Boone National Forest, local distilleries (Buffalo Trace) and other wonderful sights in beautiful Kentucky!

An amazing B&B. The Hosts Rachel, Robin, and Sean made us feel right at home! Breakfast was excellent with options to fit your individual taste. We will definitely be back!

I love this place. Immaculately clean and decor is beautiful. Breakfast both days were superb! Most wonderful couple I haven’t ever met great you for breakfast. Beds are so comfy!

Fantastic restoration of the original mansion with great taste and exceptional service. The sheets were so soft we bought some to return home with them. We loved our stay in Versailles and hope to return!
