Nice Hotel and the Staff was great.

This has been our go to for hears but showing it’s lack of upkeep. Desk woman did nothing more than her job. I reported the lock on the pool was broken, dangerous.I am going to be sure and follow up on this for sure.

Our family was staying 1/2 block away. It was very convenient. Room was good. However I am older and didn’t realize that there was no elevator. Room was clean but toilet seat was not connected properly. And the balcony was very dirty. Glass was broken and never cleaned up. Also very stained concrete. I would stay again if there was an efficiency on the 1st floor.

I really like it . Is very good location everything close , beach is just 3 minutes walking , for the price you cannot com plain , very quit I stay there two night . I did not request any service , everyday I see stuff cleaning others room . The room is big .the sheets was really clean and smell good and fresh I really like it I highly recommend if you are a humble family . You cannot ask everything perfect if you are paying very less good luck I will came back next year

The bathroom was clean and that’s my biggest concern. I always bring my own blankets and pillows from home so I can’t really rate that but they looked white and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is great and rates are decent however, the room needed a few repairs: the cord for the one light was cut and so we had minimal lighting in the room, the bathtub and sink both clogged when in use. The balcony view was great! The hotel is advertised as nonsmoking but we couldn’t sit at the pool for there were several other renters who were smoking outside their rooms directly behind the pool area. It was sufficient for a quick stay but most likely won’t stay here again

My only complaint is the drains for the tub and sink were entirely clogged with other guests hair that I had to remove myself in order to shower or brush my teeth without a overflowing sink or bathtub, we also had ants but they weren't terrible just a little annoying. Staff was amazing and we were brought new towels and toiletries daily. Check in was easy and the hotel is close to everything. I don't know if I'd stay again just because the hair in the drains being neglected that long makes me wonder what else goes undone and the hotel itself isn't cheap enough to let something like that get to the point a guest has to do it themselves just to shower after a long day.

The room was dirty, switch on stove was broke, drain in tub was clogged and cleaning staff did not know how to speak English and the price was to high for what I expected 😞

Location is very convenient and safe. One (1) block walk to boardwalk and beach. Bus stop even closer with inexpensive unlimited daily pass. More than 5 good restaurant options within a 3 block walk.

Pictures are deceiving. It looks like you'll be right on the boardwalk, but you're actually across Baltimore Ave. Not so bad unless you have a toddler like we did, you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach or boardwalk. The carpet was apparently shampooed right before we got there, but it stayed damp the entire weekend we were there. Also, there's no elevator, so you have to carry everything up to your room. It wasn't terrible, but we probably won't stay there again. If you don't have little ones it might be okay.

They have cockroaches. The beds are uncomfortable. Room wasn’t hateful but will not be coming back!

Handicap parking was one space only-for several buildings, if you stay, keep valuables off property, no security or safes are available.Staff will enter rooms without your consent or knowledge. Many of cleaning staff couldn't speak or understand english. Overall, front desk attendants are honest, professional, and well informed about area attractions and best places to visit. Beachfront rooms are nice location at boardwalk.

I mistakenly left my wallet under my pillow on checkout. I called ten mi Utes later. By the time I walked back to My. Room the bed was taken down pillows thrown on the floor the door left wide open and my wallet wasno where in sight. Everyone said it was the guy who does the bed however they said”he said he didn't seeit” as if he would say anythinglwas. My coach clutch was under the pillow it has all my id, credit, debit and medical cards.

Great price and location. Everything needs updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very quick room cleaning turnaround each morning. Great location. Pool was closed on Tuesday,8/5/25 with no notice nor reason for closure on entry sign. Thin walls where you could hear the 3rd floor neighbors television. Limited tv channels & no available TV channel paper guide at lobby desk.

Cafe on location is amazing. Tower building elevator nice after long days. Staff was super friendly and always glad to help. A couple of nice pools and right off the boardwalk and beach. Great location. Great price.

⸻ The location near the boardwalk was the main reason we chose this place. This was my first time staying here, and at first, I thought the building would be right on the beach because the website made it seem that way. But in reality, it’s actually one block away. That said, the room I stayed in had a partial ocean view through the gap between buildings, which was a pleasant surprise and made up for it. There are two pool areas, one on each side, which was very convenient for guests — a big plus. Considering the location and the price during this time of year, I think it was fair and reasonable. It’s a price point that feels accessible. The bedding in the room could use an update. The pillows were soft, but they had lost their shape and didn’t provide much support. I always bring my own pillow when I travel – it just makes sleeping so much more comfortable.
