Sentral Michigan Avenue

Apartment was dirty. Toothpaste left on bathroom sink, the kitchen sink had black muck on it which made the whole place smell bad, stains on couch and cushions. Asked apartment staff to clean up and it took them 18 hours to send someone.

Great to have an apartment for a few days in the city. Excellent location and comfort.

A nice apt, not a hotel. Automatic check in was fast and easy. Quiet place, clean cozy room, big modern bathroom. Shower floor can use some extra cleaning but overall good stay, great location

I don’t know where to start. This is definitely more of an apartment than a hotel. When we checked in, one of our units had the smoke alarm going off, and there was no one to fix it so the front desk asked my 73 year old mother to just go get a battery herself. Most of the rooms on our floor were clearly rented for the night for parties, all of the apartments were SO loud and our whole floor smelled so badly of weed it was laughable. We called six or seven times for noise complaints before someone came up at 230 AM to look into the screaming next to us. Then the same thing happened at ny brothers room the next evening and again took 5-6 complaints for any reaction. The outdoor garden was nice but the one time we tried to use the pool there was a massive party there and more weed smoking…. In the pool area. It felt unsafe for our family. Our unit was dirty and just needed some TLC. Hair left in the shower, leaking faucets m, cracks in the tile, broken cabinets. The location is great but don’t be fooled by the pics or the rating that this is a four star hotel. It needs more attention and way more staff.

Exceptional from start to finish

The cleaning crew staff are all very courteous in contrast to the front desk ladies in the day time shift. Id recommend another place for those who look for a warm welcome to the city. In this sense, I wouldn’t rate this as a 4-star accommodation.

Nicely appointed furnished apt rentals on Michigan ave across from Grant Park. Staff ia very friendly and helpful. Amenities is a nice fitness center with free weights, lap pool, outdoor grill area, and common work area. Appreciated free lobby coffee in the morning

Large sunny rooms with excellent amenities and views.

I've stayed here before so I was glad to see the experience was just as great the second time around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a bit earlier than expected, and was able to get a later check out time with a fee. The apartment and building is clean and easily accessible, with so many surrounding restaurants and cafes. I had a test of multiple food all within a ten minute walking distance. I will definitely stay here again in a future visit.
