Wonderful. Landed at the airport after midnight. Called the hotel and the shuttle was there to pick us up in 10 minutes. Very nice desk staff to welcome us. Impressive.

We have stayed at this property several times before and it's never been a bad experience, and it wasn't really bad this time either, however we weren't expecting for the incidentals deposit to be almost the same price of the room, it's always been $50 or less at times. We booked 3 rooms so our deposit for one night was$4]], thankfully we had the funds to cover and not limit our plans. Also, on this trip, the televisions in 2 of the 3 rooms, did not work. I was offered Bonvoy points to compensate, but we'll see what amount and if that happens in a few days. Other than that, we usually have a great time at this property.

The rooms are dated and small. Although the beds were comfortable enough, they used a plastic-ish blanket that was weird and stuck to your skin if the sheet slipped beneath it. The bathroom was well appointed, nice amenities including liquid hand soap,but very small. The heating/AC unit was quite loud and ran constantly, yet did not adjust the room temp, even after adjusting it.

The weather is very cold.There was a very thin blanket on the bed and no others. The room was very cold and I was very cold. It was snowing outside.

The front desk people were atrocious. We checked in with a young woman who possibly was just having a terrible day but taking it out on anyone she saw. She promised extra pillows. We got none. She was short and not nice. Later we called down, asking about room service, they have none, and then about the restaurant and couldn’t get a good answer. We did use the restaurant and the staff was very nice.
The facility is very clean and you often see people moving about cleaning. The outdoor pool closes off season, which I did not know. The pool woman’s bathroom door would not shut or lock. I found that very troubling as I was expecting to be able to change in the pool area or at least use a restroom!!

The checkin process was the best part of the stay. Front desk workers were so friendly! Everything went down from there. The tiniest hotel bathroom ever. The hot tub was not hot. When we asked about it they said maintenance wasn’t there to look into it. The bathroom shower curtain was too long and got water everywhere.
