The walls in our room were paper thin, we could hear the conversations of the people next door very clearly. We also wished we had not pre-paid for breakfast because it was basic but very overpriced. Sorry, but we will not be staying here again the next time we go to Florida.

The staff was very helpful. The property is older but renovated and nice. It's on a VERY busy corner, which is a plus with all the restaurants close, but a bit hectic. Directly across from the beach. The only negative is how dark everything is around the property at night. I was traveling alone and I didn't feel safe walking around at night, although many other people were doing so. I think if I had a companion it would have been different.

So much better than expected! The service was phenomenal. Some of the friendliest and finest I’ve experienced in SoFla. The room was immaculate and newly renovated. The hotel pool was mid size, and you’re across the street from the beach. Free chair service, umbrellas extra. The area has several mom and pop restos in walking distance which was delightful. Everything from a true French bakery for breakfasts, to pubs, Italian, sushi and an ice cream shop. Great for families, business and romance. 💘

Cold streak in Fort Lauderdale. Hotel had no heat- froze all hotel could do is give us extra blankets. Internet down for 2 days. Room only serviced 1 time for 4 night stay despite requesting service. Nice view and bed comfy. $46 per day resort fee for nothing used. Freezing temperatures so definitely not using pool. Not acceptable for 4 star hotel

Overpriced rooms. Check in took forever. Many people were being told their rooms were not ready, even up to 7pm for some. Bathroom vent was hanging when we entered. Had to stand on toilet to push back in. AC didn't work and temp never went down below 75 degrees. Gym was mediocre at best

Second time we’ve stayed there. The staff, location, amenities all combine to a great experience. Onsite restaurant is excellent. Rooms are quiet and well kept. We stay here prior to cruise departures out of Ft Lauderdale. Would highly recommend
