Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Thermostat on HVAC unit did not work.

Great stay and loved how close it was to the shopping centers… beautiful views as well.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We arrived at 9:15pm with a toddler only to discover our room was 85 degrees. When I talked to the guy at the front desk he told us that every room is like that (so no option to switch) and no one has ever complained about it (yeah right). Ultimately it took 3 hours to cool down to 72. The hotel also had a strong smoke smell throughout. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for our family of five! Extremely clean and everything seems brand new.

I was awakened at 3am by a door that slammed for at least an hour. I went back to sleep at 6am and was awakened again at 6a.m.

Everything was nice with respect to the room. Breakfast and the hot rib were not great.

Didn't like no water complimentary

The top sheet on the comforter had brown stuff on it that looked like chocolate. There was an empty water bottle stuffed between the bed and end table. They did not have any conditioner in the shower. Also the breakfast was subpar. When told about the room, nothing was done and only told me how new everything was.

Staff at a the check in counter in a person call on cellphone didn’t end call to greet me upon entering for check in. Only tried to give me 1 key had to request a second. They painted 2 walls in the bathroom blue there was paint splatter all over the toilet and floor. Room was for 4 people bathroom only stocked with enough towels for 3. Back of the toilet had been broken and glues back together. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal and milk boiled eggs toast and bagels! Hotel located on dead end street on the side of Lowes you can hear workers using loud equipment to load trucks for customers and talking loudly. Would not recommend this hotel pay little more money get a better place.

Informed of a $90 pet fee (not a deposit) when we arrived, no mention of this when I booked. Halls and room have an odd smell. I will never stay in a Hilton Spark again.

The place wasnt bad for the first time me staying there. The breakfast wasnt really anything. They might as well not have breakfast. The guy at the counter overnight acts like he doesnt understand when talking to him which aggravated me. Other than that a quick stay if you have to wouldn't be bad.

The walls were super thin. Very noisy hotel. The doors have atleast a 1 inch opening at the bottom of the door. You can hear everything in the halls. The door is super thin and no sound barrier. Would not stay again.

The service staff was overly accommodating. After losing my previous booking from a different hotel, my family had to sleep in the car. I was able to secure a room at this facility, but was unable to check in until the following day as they were full. I arrived early at the hotel in hopes to be able to check in. The staff worked diligently to get a room, clean and offer us early check-in. They were helpful, friendly, and overly accommodating.
