Hotel is well kept and we were very pleased with our room. Close to the strip. We’ll definitely stay at this property again when we visit Las Vegas. We highly recommend especially for the price.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms were very big, plenty of space for our family. The desk and sofa sleeper were really nice for relaxing, and a great option for more beds! Pool on the roof was fun, our kids enjoyed swimming! Breakfast every morning was really good, lots of variety!
Loved not being attached to a casino!! Plenty of casinos within walking distance, lived not having to walk through a smoky casino each time we went to the lobby!
Con to our stay - there was no warm water Saturday morning in the shower. It wasn’t a problem the other days we were there. Not sure what happened?

The hotel was fair. While clean and the rooms were spacious it was just tired and old. The gym was missing pairs of dumbbells- why don’t you replace them. The breakfast was hyper processed standard American without a vegetable to be had. It’s in a great location near the convention center with no gambling or smoking allowed which is why we stay there but it’s not cheap averaging $350 a night with fees and taxes. 3 stars is a good rating and that’s a fair but maybe generous rating

Our room stinks! There was an bad odor from the toilet which probably from the sewer and it can smelled through out the room. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to ask to be moved because we checked in early to attend the boxing fight.

We asked for extras towels we called they never picked went to front desk told him we need extras ones they never showed up. The front desk worker was super annoyed by people, the sheets were dirty

Bartender John was excellent! Music selection playing was terrible! Techno type music played very loudly in the lobby, breakfast area and restaurant 24 hours a day. Recommend switching out various genres of music.

This was very good except for the breakfast of the second day at 8:30, we waited 30 minutes and we had nothing to eat except scrambled eggs and we couldn’t find a table together (we were 5).

The front desk staff were very robotic lol it was impossible to have anyone answer the phone from our room . Our heater was not working and it was freezing . We were unable to use the bathtub because the plug was broken . When asked to switch rooms they did but to another handicap room which we were not and the bathroom there was worse . Overall experience was not great .

Everything was great … if I could change anything I’d keep the waffle makers out all week not just weekends , and I wouldn’t serve just eggs and meat everyday…. Mix it up , biscuits and gravy , potatoes and meat , omelettes , etc ….. but still a decent hot breakfast and edible and bread for regular toast is a MUST with eggs . so no major complaints.
Pool was warm, location not right on the strip but easy access to the monorail across
