The staff was great! My room had a funky smell as a result of having Top Raman noodles thrown in the a/c unit. After finding the noodles, I kind of questioned the overall cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was mediocre, typical “free breakfast”. If I ever go back to Medford, I will stay elsewhere.

We got an upgrade and the room was amazing and spacious. Super quiet with lots of dining options nearby. Free breakfast is a bonus with good eats. Friendly staff
