Staybridge Suites TOLEDO - ROSSFORD - PERRYSBURG by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We liked the suites as we were traveling with our grandsons.

It was a good stay.

Close to highway

Pool was dirty. Rooms were perfect!

Beds seemed a little uncomfortable compared to my stay 2 days prior in a different room. More roars noise also.

Great hotel.

The staff, from the front desk to the kitchen were incredibly kind, helpful and professional! They went above and beyond accommodating my family and other guests! Highly recommend.

When I arrived to check in, my room was changed. I was VERY pleased with the change.

The front desk staff was amazing, but the room was horrible. The seat cushion on the couch was ripped extremely bad. The floor was coming up and the tack strip with nails was exposed in which one of my kids stepped on. The dishes were cracked and the hotel smelled like dead fish. There is absolutely nobody that looks out and cares for the pool area. There were several disrespectful kids yelling, running, taking random peoples things. Trying to add the photos but it wont let me.

The room was awful. There were stains on the box spring. Closet door was broken. Water pressure in the kitchen was horrible. Stools in the kitchen were dirty. Stains on bottom of the ottoman. Did not even stay the night as planned because the room was not worth the money. Dirty. Definitely would not recommend. I’ve stayed in rooms half the price that were much better and clean.

The hotel is excellent, but they gave me a room with smoke smell that was not good.

Had booked here because of the suite and pool. The suite had only a couple of bowls, forks and spoons and we had 6 people staying. The pool was closed. Definitely not the cleanest room as we found small toys from previous guests under the furniture. Polite people at the front desk, but not very well kept.

No toddler beds

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice and the staff were very friendly. It was also very convenient as it was just off the highway.

An hour before our stay, the hotel calls us to inform they had a flood and would be moving our reservation to the dump next door. Not happy at all. The hotel next door was in no way comparable to what i booked. The hotel made sure to put us in a tiny cramped room with a view of the hotel we were supposed to be in. No attempt of compensation towards our reservation was made. Just a move next door to an inferior hotel.

We were traveling home from a vacation and needed a relaxing night. The suite was well equipped with kitchen and supplies, so we could make our own dinner. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

This was a great trip and a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed.

Love this place. Always stay here when we drive to Boston
