The area had received a larger amount of snow than usual, and the handicap parking lots were all ice covered. We moved to a parking spot that had been in the sun and was clear, but we had to maneuver the curb.

This was my second time staying at the location and it was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff and housekeeping are super friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. I will be going back soon!

Room was pretty average at best. Plugs in wouldn’t stay in wall. USB ports were incomplete. When we went down to breakfast it was marked as out of service. So no breakfast for me and the kids. Pool had tiles missing.

This was my 2nd time in 2 years staying at this Super 8 and it once again did not disappoint! Staff was friendly enough (accents and all), room was clean and cozy, and the hallways were quiet.
I accidentally locked myself out of my room and with a simple show of i.d., the front desk replaced it with no problem!
I hate that I didnt have time to try the breakfast.

The room was very clean and for the price for one night I felt it was very reasonable. My only complaint was we were supposed to have a bathtub and we ended up getting a shower but other than that the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. they said they have breakfast which they really don’t. It’s literally just coffee and orange juice, but the proprietor told me that that was due to some nonsense with the city and that totally tracks. But if you’re just looking for a place to crash for a night or two, I definitely recommend it.

Listing showed "Full Breakfast". They had what they called "Grab 'N Go" which consisted of packages of mini donettes behind the glass at the desk and coffee.
The listing is very misleading.
The staff was polite, the propety was very clean and had been recently updated.
But, the "Full Breakfast " was extremely disappointing and I ended up spending $20 for breakfast at a restaurant down the road. Please have this listing corrected, very disappointing!!

the property is awful… the pool was not even clean they didn’t even try to clean it. there was no breakfast. only orange juice apple juice and u had to ask for a little debbie snack that they had behind the glass at the front desk

The lobby and common areas were very warm and had a funky smell. Once in the room it was better. Room was ok. The bathroom was clean on the surface, but just on surface. There were hairs and just old funk that hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Most guest were construction workers, or more permanent residents that live there. Small property and very small parking lot.

I guess you get what you pay for—staff was friendly enough but the whole hotel needs a massive update. Elevator was very slow; bathroom sink would not drain; the lighting in the bathroom—not only was the fixture was rusting, but there was only one lightbulb and that one flickered. There was no soap or shampoo in the room (although staff gave me some on request). The fire sprinkler was protruding out of the ceiling—not sure if if would actually work. Although it said “pet friendly”, they charged me an extra $50 per night for my two dogs. Positives: Bed was decently comfortable; shower was okay (good water pressure and no issues with temperature). Staff was decent. Bottom line—if all you need is a bed to sleep in and shower, this hotel will be adequate. Again, you get what you pay for though.

Checked in late, staff nowhere to be found, nobody answered the phone that was shown to call. Two of the three lights didn't have bulbs. The hair dryer was broken – missing a side – and they'd used some sort of tubular plastic sheeting to "cover" it from the inside.
