SureStay by Best Western Victoria

I was very disappointed in our 4 night stay at this particular hotel. Never was our room cleaned or picked up. If we needed anything we would have to reach out to get clean towels,soap,coffee ,tp..ANYTHING. Not once did housekeeping stop in to replace or replenish. A security deposit is mandatory on top of the hundreds we paid to secure the room. In the case of smoking in or pet destruction to room. My deposit was kept not due to smoking or pet destruction but because my son wiped cheeto dust on the sheet.. yes he should of washed his hands but hes 8 and didn't think...shouldn't warrent keeping your full security deposit over something that has nothing to do with why the deposit is asked for to begin with and is very washable to remove cheeto dust!! Stair ways to second floor very inconvenient. Front staircase starts in a pile of rocks you have to balance not to break an ankle or neck and back stairs is completely on the other end of the floor theres no middle stairway to rooms center of floor so you either walk completely around the other end to use stairs or chance loosing your balance on rocks. Alto housekeeping never made it to our room the 5 days 4 nights we were there they were very friendly and helpful when we would seek them out. The most enjoyable experience to this particular motel stay was the housekeepers attitude and smiles.

Our stay was good but bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. To much noise, couldn't watch any TV. There were bed stains & pillows were stained as well. The property Mgr. was very nice.

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling right above the toilet, a hole in the bathroom door and closet door that had bad patch work, the bathroom tub tiles seems old and dirty, the bathroom towel rack couldn’t even hold up the towels on the rack, the floor had a dirty spot that seems to have not been cleaned. Looks like they are attempting to remodel but not finished. Bedding and flooring seemed newer. One of the bathroom towels was dirty. Like stained.

The TV was always losing signal, and the clerk charged me $50 deposit on a prepaid room then tried to cheat me out of returning it when i left. NEVER STAY HERE

Our check in was easy and very polite young lady was very sweet. We enjoyed our stay there. For a nice stay,this did it for us. We were able to have our Fur baby with us at a very reasonable price!

I didn't know anything about the place other than reviews and reviews can vary wildly. It was a good value for the money - clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I was surprised at the large size of the bathroom and the walk-in shower. The only things that could be better was the door could seal better at the bottom and the tile was not sealed around the toilet feed pipe in the bathroom (entry point for pests). Otherwise, a nice, comfortable room for a good price.

I booked a room online with expedia.com for sure say I'm using highway in Victoria Texas before I got there I had called to see if everything went through all right they said that I had to put a $50 deposit but I told him that all I had was the money for the room that I booked well later she told me that I needed the $50 for deposit because I was local they gave me ugly looks also I had told him that I had your 6:00 before I would lose my 98 hour for the room I asked him to call expedia.com but she gave me a little cuz she didn't want to help I also told her that my phone was dead and if they had a phone in a hand and one of the counter but still she did not want to book it or let me have my room by the time I didn't get the $250 it was early like 5 hours later second guy over there I have some trouble questions but it was like he didn't want to answer the question I needed was terrible friendly not at all preparing I asked him if there was anything else that I need then they came up with I need ID for everybody that was staying in the room everything just went wrong and no help from the receptionist I want to go there again

I was amazing experience to stay here. I feel like a home, all staf very good and all services also. morning brekfast also fresh, staff very cooprative. whenever I will visit again Victoria TX. I would like to stay here. Thanks

I liked the breakfast they offered. Good juice, waffles and boiled eggs.

Pool not clean, water outside by rooms door from AC unit , bugs in room, vent in restroom not working and soda vending machine took my $2 with no soda.

Went there to celebrate a graduation party for our grandson. Very pleasant place and very close to restaurants and fast food. Plenty of free parking. For just a one-night stay,it was just perfect us and our extended family.

We came down to our grandson's graduation party. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. What really made this trip so much better was that we were able to bring our fur baby with us. Their pet fee was very satisfying!! We do see us staying there again. Thank you 😊

It was quiet and peaceful But they need a TV guide or channel guide.
