Staff was professional but friendly. Always felt safe in the hotel with the precautions in place for security. Overall cleanliness was good. Would return if going on vacation in Times Square again!

The staff here was so helpfull and nice. Literally from the moment walking in til the end. I can't remember the woman who helped us check in, but she was the real MVP!
