Perfect for what we needed!

Perfect location for families of patients at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Two block walk on a well lit and traveled street.

I liked the attached food court and CVS.

Great location. Shower needs to be undated and sheets didn't smell fresh.

Room very clean…the location perfect for Bid I got two different prices so that was not good

Enjoyed everything

The location was great, especially for access to the Longwood medical area, which is why I chose to stay there. However, the room had no exterior windows—only a window facing the interior stairwell and hallway of an office building, which was really disappointing.

Decent area and convenient. Clean. The only issue was that it doesn’t have its own gym. You have to get a pass to use a gym down the road. Otherwise a good experience.

Cheaper than other area hotels, clean and great location. No amenities to speak of, my wife said it felt one step up from a hostel.

My wife had a college event in the area and I decided to join and bring 2 kids with us. the suite was large, clean and the staff was polite and on task. very happy with the area and the value.

Bad value; sink cold water didn't work until I realized the water supply had been turned off; over-priced; 1 member of our party accidentally left some jeans behind and the hotel was absurd about wanting to be helpful.

They charged a facilities fee on top of what Expedia charged so was very expensive for ok hotel Pay for location

After spending 2 days at The Brigham with my husband going through 2 surgeries I was happy to have a local hotel to rest my head the second night. The surgery went long so I couldn’t check in until 11 pm. After finally finding a parking spot, it was not easy to find the hotel entrance. Need better signage! Get to the desk and the gentle man says”Don’t be surprised if you see a 12 ppl conference table, you are the last check-in of the day. I get to the room and my bed is a Murphy bed!! I’ve had 6th grade camp beds more comfortable. I couldn’t tell if a compressor outside the windows ir the AC making loud noises but it was difficult to fall to sleep. In the morning, there was only decaf, so I called down & they brought some regular pods up. I had to call for an iron & ironing board shortly after. I couldn’t hear the gentleman on the phone and then I heard him say “ Let me finish my sentence”. I was just saying that I could hear him. So rude! Everything says room service, but that is not case. The women stated “Honey, you order over the phone and then come down and puck it up. Now I decide to head to the hospital early but when I get to my car, it is blocked in by 2 HVAC vans! I finally found the man in the booth who had the keys to 1 can. Thank goodness it was the one needed for me to get out of dodge! I would never recommend this hotel

Good central location. Clean room. Efficient staff. The car parking entrance is close to the entrance. $25 a night. I mistakenly parked at the public car park, across the street. It was $50 a night. So I had to move my car.

Very decent hotel with direct connection to a parking garage. Located near tons of shopping and restaurants. Staff was very attentive and responsive which was very appreciated. Only complaint about this hotel is whoever sleeps in the bed located next to the AC unit in the double rooms is going to have an experience as the air blow right on you.

The room was a good size and parking was pretty simple to figure out.

It was okay- very clean very comfortable but thats expected at this price. Weird setup with lobby and the elevators hard to explain. The thing they dont tell you is the hotel restaurant is CLOSED all day Saturday and Sunday, every weekend. Food court is open but what we had wasnt that good.

We liked the hotel - it was clean, the room was very nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The reason that I’m rating it as poor is because of greed; I flew in from Canada after having to leave my house at 5:00 am, and my daughter was coming in from a 7:40 am flight from Florida, so we were both exhausted when we arrived. I called the front desk upon arriving and asked for an early check-in, around 11:00. I was told that our room was available, and there would a $50 charge for early check in. I agreed as we needed somewhere to freshen up and relax before our 2:30 pm appointment. As a room was available, at what appeared to be at no extra expense or inconvenience to the hotel, the Inn then charging a customer $50 (on top of the $345 charge for the night) is just plain greedy in my opinion, and not very “hospitable”. Although this seems par for the course these days, such as surge pricing for airfare and ride shares, this does not mean it’s ok. Just because you can get away with an extra charge doesn’t mean that it’s acceptable. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and recommend that travelers find somewhere else to stay that truly understands what “hospitality” means.
