The room was absolutely beautiful and spotless, which I really appreciated. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring the Strip but unfortunately, I didn’t feel much friendliness from the front desk staff. That was a bit disappointing.

My experience was delightful. I had little to no trouble during my stay at this hotel. When I first checked in, the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. She made sure to explain all the costs to my group and I to avoid later confusion. However, during my three-day stay, other employees (mostly the front desk) seemed impatient as if they didn't want to deal with me. Other than the one employee, it was disappointing to be met with an unwelcome service. Overall, I enjoyed most of my stay and would come back again.

Visited for a friend’s birthday as it’s their fav place. Resort staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in luxury queen Property is old and that was shown with the condition of the walls, drapes, furniture and such with stains, damages.

The staff is very nice, but the sports book ran out of water
or had a water issue on Saturday May 3rd Kentucky
Derby day. Food and drink service stopped about 2 hours
prior to the running of the race. No bathroom service either. Later that evening we took our Niece to Matteos for dinner. They informed us that they had no pasta because of dirty water. We did not feel comfortable eating there so we left. Overall pretty scary what happened on Saturday with poor communication to the guest. We spent a lot of money at the resort this past weekend, so we were expecting a level of service which they did not meet. The pot smell in the hotel rooms is very disturbing. But if that is the type of clients you would like to attract then i guest our next vacation will be at another resort.

I absolutely loved, loved our stay at the Palazzo. The service was great, the room was amazing, the pool area was beautiful, the location was perfect. What other great things can I say? I loved the room so much! We had an amazing view of the beautiful pool area, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was strong, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair look better than ever. I can't say enough good things about it and I'm usually very picky!

We normally stay at other high end resorts but thought we’d try something new and now this is our new favorite. We loved our room with the view of the Sphere. If you want to go by the pool, be prepared to get their early or reserve loungers in advance. Half of the pool is in shade in the afternoon. Parking is also really accessible. Overall, really loved this property.

Fox car rental is bad. 2 shuttles to get there from airport. Two shuttles to get back. Lot probably 6-7 miles from airport. We turned car in early and took cab from hotel. United cancelled flight back from Houston after 6 hr delay. Probably won’t fly United again.
