Friendly staff on arrival, we were slightly early for checking in but this wasn’t a problem as we were upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was excellent, we always stay at the Renwick when in NYC and I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square etc. Grand Central is just a couple of blocks away for getting around Manhattan isn’t a problem.

We had never stayed at the Renwick before but now it's on our list as a hotel we'd definitely go back to again and again. Loved the quaintness, atmosphere, location. And it smelled AMAZING when you walked in the lobby.

Great location and updated rooms and very helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Very close to Grand Central Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet. Restaurant and bar are not associated with the hotel. Several restaurants close by.
