It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!

This is a fabulous property. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel amenities were great, the fitness center and hot tub are is amazing. We utilized Base Camp which was wonderful as well.

Seriously Overpriced, spa is at extra cost, only unattended outside pool included, 60 usd per day for vale, breakfast more expensive and much lower quality then Ludvigs next door, hotel rooms facing noisy high way - def not overlooking Vails slopes, dated hotel and rooms, bar is a bright spot and also the staff at Basecamp is very helpful and great service.

The property is dated and so many things are broken. The coffee machine was broken all week, one hot tub was luke warm and the jets were not working, there was hardly any staff working- during one of the busiest weeks of the year. Our door was broken and would not lock and someone had to come work on it. We’ve stayed at the property before quite a few times and enjoyed it but now Absolutely not worth the price as it’s not a $800-1500 a night hotel. The amenities are not there for the price point.

There was no heat in my room. It was 60f. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Shower dispenser was broken.
