We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone who worked at the hotel was kind and friendly. The place was clean, and staff checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The kids had a blast on the playground, playing mini golf and tennis, hanging out in the game room, and swimming.
There are two restaurants right across the street — the Mexican restaurant was AMAZING! The whole area felt pretty and peaceful. We didn’t even make it down to the dock this time, but we definitely will next time. It’s not far from town, and there were several attractions and great places to eat along the way.

We only stayed one night as part of a longer trip. Room was nice and clean, but i think it was the same decor as it was in the early 90's. We didnt have any issues. The bed and pillows were better than most, imo.

Clean, comfortable and spacious unit. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Included amenities and activities were great. We have stayed here with our grown children and with our grandson on numerous occassions, never been disappointed. Repeat customers since 2021 and plan to continue staying at The Suites at Fall Creek when visiting Branson.

We were very pleased with the property and the staff. The staff was very outgoing and helpful, This was our first time at this property, and we will return. The location is convenient to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend staying at The Suites at Fall Creek.

It was great. Love the prompt texting. Staff was the best. Love the location and price was reasonable. Wish we could see the lake a bit more. The only thing is the tub jets smelled when turned on. Wouldnt use. The tub area jets and around faucets could use a bit of cleaning. It was a 4. Will be back!!

What I liked about the resort property was the 2 bedroom unit a large kitchen/dinning/living room area for us to use and relax in. The unit does requires more maintenance.

No hot water the entire stay and the air conditioner is tied between two rooms (one room controls both) so there was no way for me to cool it down and the room temp was 80 degrees all night. Unable to sleep or take a comfortble shower. Absolutely terrible.

For the most part, I will stay again. I liked the kitchen and kitchenette - Property is Dated, but clean. There was a spider and vents could be cleaner. Staff helpful and nice. I came Saturday 4/12/2025 when the key system wasn’t working. Luckily i had two adjoining rooms so I was able to unlock of one of them. I never did get any communication in regards to when the other door would work so I didn’t bother to follow up.
