The Watermark Hotel

The hotel is very secure, only allowing guest to access the room levels by their keys and the cleanliness of the hotel. Also, I love the plant based products in the bathroom.

Street level entrance was just elevators. Then arrive in lobby with check in desk in corner and the rest of what you'd expect was restaurant. Not an impressive lobby or what you'd expect for the price, actually no lobby. Desk staff did their job and nothing more. No friendly welcome. Room was on a low floor. Housekeeping came after five the second day, we were gone and back by then so we didn't get our room cleaned. We asked for fresh towels and never got them. Breakfast was meh. Found something to eat both mornings, but not as advertised. A waffle maker in the corner would have been better than the dried out old ones we got. Pancakes were dried out. Hotel scrambled eggs, potatoes without onions or peppers (both days). I could go on... Could hear dogs barking at the dog park quite clearly. No information on the surrounding area. We didn't realize that they had a gym until just before we checked out. No information on the hotel. Seems like I read something about free bikes, they were for rent, I think; and a managers cocktail hour - if that's a thing, it's a secret. For the price, I wouldn't stay here again. Other hotels in the area seemed nicer.

Listen here! Listen here! This is still the best hotel In Tyson’s Corner. We have been coming to this hotel since the beginning of the Covid era when no one was traveling like that for a small get away aka“staycae.” This hotel has always been so clean, amazing pillows and the bed is so comfortable.. and don’t get me started on the shower.. it is always so hot no matter what time of the day or how long you take. Lastly, the bonus is the staff ! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They had special events going on but we didn’t hear anything and the parking was organized.Thank you for providing amazing service while maintaining a fair price. Great “Staycae” place if you want to get away with your Hubby, wifey or bae for the weekend!

Good location but busy on weekends.

Beautiful Jr King Suite with Butler Pantry Style kitchen, plenty of storage and space if you stay a week or longer, outstanding breakfast buffet included, Wegmans under hotel with bar and convenience to area malls and sports teams. Jasmine, front desk very helpful. Live music at The Perch wraps up by 11pm in time for sleeping. No evidence of smoking on property. Much appreciated.

**Review of Watermark Hotel (May 8-11)** I recently had an excellent stay at the Watermark Hotel from May 8 to May 11. Everything about my experience was fantastic! The breakfast offerings were delicious and set a great tone for the day. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which is always a plus. The hotel itself is modern and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There’s plenty of shopping and stores nearby, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. Access to local attractions was phenomenal, making my trip even more enjoyable. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

I love the quietness and the beautiful hotel . I have been coming here for 3 years now . I have never been disappointed .

the stay was amazing

We loved our stay at The Watermark! Super cool area to walk around and plenty of fun to do outside on the rooftop. The breakfast was really nice. The host at breakfast and the women cleaning the tables were especially kind and helpful. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of space in the room. Love the living room area, was great for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning.

Always a good time at the Watermark

This hotel is new and part of a development of high-rise buildings. It is very modern. The finishings and dining options are appealing and not the usual. Room was beautiful, large, with great amenities. Very accommodating for my small dog. The property has a small astro-turf dog park. The down side was finding the entrance and getting to the lobby. The only reasonable way is to drive into the parking structure. The elevators are electronic and require room key to use them. Staff was lovely.

This property was absolutely beautiful and very convenient to everything. My room was amazing and the view was great. Friendly staff and very quick check in and check out process. Will absolutely stay here again.
