Travelodge is located a quick 10 minute walk to Shepler's Ferry. Shopping is located just up the road from Shepler's which was very convenient. The room was spacious and the jetted tub in our room was excellent. I highly recommend this location for your vacation needs.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The property however sure needs some work. Had to let the hot water run for 9 minutes before it got hot usually. Also hardly any water pressure.

Excellent , was very clean , they took the trash out and made bed every 2 days! Plus ac and heat works well.
It's a hidden gem , I don't know why other people said it was bad but they were LYING.

Water pressure in #111 horrible, it’s an Aged motel, & shows it. We stayed out of location, price & with a dog. Room mix up but Kim at desk took care!

Carpets were actually sticky. Smoke alarm needed a new battery. Light bulb was out and two others were out in the bath. Mattress was good. Breakfast was OK. Room smelled like cleaning product.

We were looking for an inexpensive room for the night while traveling with our dog. Some hotels in Mackinaw City charge $50 for a pet. Travelodge charged $30, was adequately clean, and the room was functional. The sheets and bathroom were clean, it had a fridge and coffeemaker. The location was quiet. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. It actually served breakfast— unusual for Mackinaw City— in a cute greenhouse breakfast room. Coffee, cereals, breads, and muffins. I would not be afraid to stay here, it’s good for the price. Just don’t expect fresh paint and well maintained rooms. Service was good.

There was a lot of mold in our room, which is very unhealthy for anyone. The bathroom mostly had all the mold around the ceiling & the shower rod is ready to fall off the wall dangerous trying to even take a shower here. This place really really needs a big upgrade. Would not recommend this place

Room 127 was horrific. As you can see in the photos the bathroom was moldy, ceiling/wall falling apart and tub/shower absolutely horrible. Smelled of mold. When mentioned the mold smell was told the room hadn’t been “aired out” yet. Would MEVER recommend this hotel!!

The lobby was over perfumed and I have a challenge with sensitivity, properly was old and surprisingly unbmaituaned and decrepit and dated. We paid but did not stay.

The room was ok for the amount of time we stayed. However routine maintenance was lacking.. The floor in the bathroom was warped to the point the door was hard to close and the obvious water damage to the floor in front of the vanity was concerning. Had we stayed longer I would have asked for a different room. The staff were wonderful though! Very friendly.
