My stay at the Aria, was amazing. My room was amazing when the hotel was amazing.It was clean. The restaurant staff was amazing. The cleaning staff was amazing. The only reason I did not give them a 5, because one guy at the front desk treat me like I didn't belong. Outside of that everybody was great.

The rooms are really nice and not to many places you find on the strip with a microwave and fridge very clean and new and there is no casino at the bottom but your connected to major hotels

They charged me for a room upgrade on a day that I didn't even stay there because it was cancelled and management was a nightmare to take off charges They hide somewhere behind the reception desk wall and tell the poor staff to tell me no they wont take it off. Frickin weird

Hello Vdara Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of our room and the service we received during our recent stay at your hotel on the night of Friday, April 25th.
Upon our arrival and check-in, we were not satisfied to find that our room had not been cleaned. This is not what we expected from a property of your reputation. When we contacted guest services to report the issue, it took an unreasonably long time for housekeeping to respond. It was nearly 11:00 PM by the time the room was finally cleaned and ready for use.
After a long day of travel, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We hope you understand how this negatively impacted the start of our stay.

Sad what has become of this property.
We've stayed at this resort a few times and always loved it. That's why we go back. But this may have been the last time. They simply are not keeping up the rooms and service. We booked a fountain view studio which we were excited about. On previous stays we've had the fountain view and it's fun to watch. On this stay they offered us an upgrade to a panoramic suite, which ended up on the 6th floor). Awful!
Unless you want to stare at a wall of windows at the Aria. The room was also dirty and run down. On the nice side, it is a good location with easy access to the Bellagio and Cosmopolitan.
They also provided complementary clothes detergent and dryer sheets for the in room laundry. I think will try something different on our next Vegas stay.

They granted my request for a higher floor and got the 48th. What a view! Room hit all my expectations: 528 sq ft. Separate kitchen. Spacious bath with extra deep soaking tub. Auto control blinds and shades. Fast elevators and the NICEST employees at reservations. No smoking and no casinos.

Great area. Way cleaner than hotels with casinos. It would be nice if they had more food options within the hotel. Super central and can walk into cosmo, aria and Bellagio without even stepping outside. Got an awesome suite with view for a very good price. Cleaners are also very kind and hard working. Hoping they are treated well!

The stay was overall nice. Room cleanliness is not the best ( stains on curtains/ wall near tub). Pillows not the most comfortable out there and water pressure in the bathroom is really bad ( sink and shower). The view was beautiful though - stayed in fountain view suite. One good aspect is no cigarette smoke in lobby as it’s non gaming coffee shop in the lobby is quite nice. Expect lots of children also given that it’s a non gaming hotel.

We love the Vdara because we don't have to walk through a casino to get to our room. Also, it seems more low key despite the location so close to the strip. The room was quite large and had a kitchenette. We will definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at Aria Las Vegas. From the moment I walked in, the lobby made a strong first impression – it smelled fresh and clean, setting a relaxing tone. I really appreciated that the hotel is smoke-free and doesn’t have a casino right in the lobby, which kept the atmosphere calm and pleasant, unlike many other Vegas hotels.
The pool area was a solid highlight. It’s a good size, not overly crowded, and I was able to get plenty of sun without feeling cramped. It’s a great spot to unwind without the usual chaos you find at other resorts.
The only downside was the water pressure in the shower – it was noticeably weak. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely something Aria could improve to match the otherwise high standards they’ve set.
Overall, Aria offers a refreshing, clean, and comfortable Vegas experience – a great choice if you want luxury without the smoke and noise.

The room was great, the view beautiful. I was disappointed that there is a coffee pot but to get coffee it is $18. So rude not to provide a cup of coffee in room in the morning while getting ready.
