Excellent stay. Staff upgraded us to a very nice penthouse room for free for 3 nights. Very appreciative and made our stay that much more memorable. Highly recommend staying with the hotel. Won’t be disappointed

I paid for a strip view room and we were put on the tenth floor looking at the roof of the shopping center across the way. Coffee did not work and there was no business center as advertised. Front desk half the time seem bothered by the question's I have now been going to Las Vegas for forty years and out of all the places we stayed this one is not worth the money. The good is that it is clean and quite.

staff tried to tell me the only possible way to check in early is if I upgraded my room, even though I overheard the same room was I booked was available to a guest in front of me. I understand that they dont take expedia status seriously its fine but dont try to upcharge me just to check early even though the room is available and ready for checkin.
