Place was so dirty and went down for breakfast 30 mins after it started and it was over half gone with no refills. Also haven’t gotten my deposit back

Rooms showed signs of mold. Doors had to be forced shut.

Desk service was very polite and professional.

Pool was dirty.

Room was not clean. Brown stain on mattress cover. Notified front desk who offered another room which was also dirty. Attempted to get refund and go to another hotel with no success, even after calling hotels.com.

Enjoyed my overnight stay here. Everything was great. Comfortable room, tasty hot breakfast, quick check-in/ out process. Would stay again

Check in took so long. I waited over a hour. The line was long and it was only one person working with another person sitting behind the desk with feet kicked up doing nothing. The room had a foul smell and refrigerator had a ringing noise all night. As I was falling asleep, the man that checked me in, knocked on door and tried to just come into room on me but I had the inside latch on door so that stop it from opening all the way. I asked what was going on, then he said he needed my id. I said for what, and he said he thought room was empty and he checked me into a different room number. It was very scary, like he assumed I was alone cause I checked in by myself (husband waited in the truck) and just tried to come in the room on me. My husband really wanted to leave at that point cause that was very suspect. Because even if you did make a mistake in the computer system and gave me wrong room, why wasn’t it a customer trying to come in room? It was the man that did my check-in trying to come into room to on me.

This was just a overnight stay before heading out of town. Everything was excellent as usual, from checking in, to cleanliness of the room and checking out. We will be back soon.

I was in my room and the dresser drawer in front of the TV kept on opening by it self and when I told the front counter working he give me a piece of tape that wouldn’t hold it and it was dead roaches and roaches on the wall I was very disappointed with this

I would my stay overall was good. The bathroom seat in my room was loose but it was eventually fixed. The breakfast food could have more variety each day.

I normally don't have any complaints, but the only one I have is about the bed in the room. It was clean, pillows were comfortable, but the bed itself needs to be replaced!! It was very uncomfortable! The top of the bed had a big dip in it when lying down. Other than that, everything else was fine. We will be back.
