The building is in a very good condition, very clean and always smells good. It is in a great location, next to I-95, parking lot and surrounds are spotless. I stayed there for a surgery recovery and staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. They just need to figure out some updates soon to mattresses but isn’t that bad yet. If I have to go back, definitely I’ll consider it as an option to stay in Jacksonville again.

Very happy with the quality for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and in good working order. No blackout curtains over the blinds, coffee maker or hairdryer in the room, or fresh towels beyond the first set (without a fee), all of which are fine if you know what to expect. Good coffee in the lobby in the mornings and very friendly and helpful staff. There are two of these about the same distance from UNF so it pays to pay attention to the address.

The Stay was PERFECT.. The only thing I didnt enjoy was how thin the walls is. We could hear every little movement made by other guests.

1 night there . Sheets on the bed was dirty . Look likes someone had sex in the bed and the maid didn’t change the sheets when they clean the room . I had to go down stairs myself , get clean sheets and change the sheets myself . Then had to go back down because the batteries to the tv remote didn’t work .

The room smelled like roach spray and it was apparent they had a problem since they were near the elevator. Also walls are very thin a lot of people staying there as residents. I guess you get what you pay for. No housekeeping service the whole stay either.

The dirtiest floors I've ever seen in a hotel. I would assume that the floors were mopped with the same water in all the rooms and hallways. The hallways were sticky, the rooms dirty turned white socks dark brown within 10 steps. Outside, no trash was picked up, patrons would leave trash all over the place, I never saw it got picked up. Will likely not stay here again. Actually, bank on it! The staff were nice.
