The location is fantastic. Unfortunately the room is old and needs updating. The in room refrigerator still had food in it from prior guest. The area has a lot of homeless people. My wife was chased across the street by a homeless person who was possibly having a mental health incident.

The location is great and the bed is good. These are the only things good at this location. It was extremely expensive with no room service ( though advertised on their website) and we had no maid service. We had to call to get extra towels and coffee for the second day we were there. At $545 a night, one would expect more

This property was okay and convenient for the location and price. The only thing I didn’t like was how we were constantly approached by the people in the lobby to sit and talk to them for $100 to restaurants that we had no interest in going to. I get that there were different workers there but it was every single time we came and left, it was way too much and so annoying that I started to just ignore them at one point

Great staff. Very helpful. Airport Shuttle was absolutely convenient and seamless. Great restaurants abound and an easy walk to the City Trolley system. I absolutely recommend the hotel property and will absolutely stay there again on my next trip to San Diego.
