The rooms may not be the fanciest I’ve ever stayed in, but the bed was comfy and the bathroom fine. The hotel staff, however, were some of the kindest I’ve stayed with. The continental breakfast was really good, and the communal veranda a great place to sit and read a book. And only 2 blocks from the beach, and 2 blocks in the opposite direction to restaurant. A perfect beach vibe hotel. I’ll definitely come back

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación . Para pasar una noche es perfecto . La atención es excelente !! Cambiaria si o si los colchones porque son malos . Eso es lo único que en mi opinión deberían cambiar en este hotel urgente !! .

I changed my Uruguay trip from Montevideo to Punta Del Este and found this hotel. It is walkable to casino, beaches, los dedos, and many restaurants. The room was small but comfortable.

Péssima experiência. As fotos enganam muito. A nota não condiz com o hotel. Tínhamos reservado um apartamento para 4 pessoas. Chegamos e o apartamento estava com infestação de formigas, cheio de aranhas e outros insetos, mas o principal eram as formigas. Elas estavam por toda parte… em cima da cama, nos travesseiros, nos banheiros… em todos lugares. Reclamamos e eles foram passar veneno. Obviamente não funcionou. Piorou… o cheiro do veneno no quarto ficou insuportável. Então, conseguimos trocar de quarto. A limpeza dos novos quartos (lençóis e banheiro) estava ok, porém, o quarto é muito ruim, a cama e os travesseiros desconfortáveis, o box de banho era minúsculo, o chuveiro não parava no lugar, tem que ficar segurando pra tomar banho. É possível escutar absolutamente TUDO que acontece no banheiro do quarto ao lado, muito nojento. Uma péssima experiência. Quartos e banheiros precisam urgente de reforma. Como ponto positivo: as áreas comuns do hotel são cuidadas e condizem com as fotos, o bom atendimento da recepção e do menino que serve o café da manhã e o próprio café da manhã (tinha ovos mexidos, medialunas, pães diversos, frutas, etc), o qual é variado e bem servido.

A estrutura do Hotel atendeu bem a minha família. A localização é excelente, a pé se consegue tudo, praia, comércio, restaurantes, etc. Parei o carro na rua na frente do hotel e só tirei quando fui embora. Café da manhã é simples mais muito gostoso. Na entrada do hotel tem uma varanda excelente, com sofás, ideal para saborear uma bebida e conversar. O atendimento das funcionárias da recepção e da cozinha é impecável, são educadas e prestativas. Parabéns a toda Equipe!
