Still using metal keys for rooms. Rooms are small and u can hear everything from outside. Breakfast was awesome though. Theyneed to update their system to become more trendy. I felt like I was in a family house instead of a hotel

2.Joan Miro - Lovely and delightful and spotlessly clean boutique hotel. A little away from the main resort but steps from the River Plate beach and an easy busy ride away from PDE centre ($25 pesos one way with the last number 17 bus coming back at 11.30pm). I had a lovely stay at this beautifully-maintained little hotel. The place even smells nice. The public spaces including manicured garden are lovely, the breakfast spread excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful - even providing free bicycles which was useful for touring the various beaches and popping into town for a beer. My room was smal, simple but beautifully-clean with good storage and a lovely bathroom with power shower. The wi'fi and TV were excellent - the latter with a few US channels in English and all the sports channels too. Highly recommended.

The hotel is only a few steps from the beach, on a summer day, excellent choice. Best value hotel we can find in Punta del Este, where everything is expensive during the summer peak season. Hotel staff are very friendly, and easy going. We used the microwave in the kitchen to warm up some snacks at night, all good. Breakfast was excellent, many choices. Air Conditioning was good, Wifi was excellent. The only thing bothered us is the small bathroom, and the bed is smaller than we are used to for a double, otherwise a wonderful place.

Tuvimos una estadía muy buena, tan solo el wifi no era acorde. El resto fue muy bueno, cama cómoda, excelente desayuno, personal súper amable y brindaban sin costo bicicletas, toallas, reposeras y sombrillas para ir a la playa que por cierto está a 150 metros del hotel.
