There was nothing in the house, no drinking water, no towels, no dryer, no dishes, no even bothering to give guests a wifi password, into the blanket room with a blanket thrown in bed. Change to another room, then every blanket is straight but still has nothing, call the contact phone number on the mail, then wait for a little staff to bring things up but wait for 1 hour still no one up . If the newspaper had a 24-hour front desk, but no one was on duty, I came and the accountant gave the key to a frustrated way because it was not their business. Security is taciturn as if people came in thanks. Now I need support to cancel the room, the money I have not paid because the card scanning machine is also unable to scan, now I go, my credit card will be deducted. Call the call center also not note, too tired
