Everything's fine. Each blanket was too strong and had an unbearable smell of bleach in the air conditioner. It was so strong that I had to wear a mask to sleep

The hotel understands the customer's psychology very well, booked early, noted that it was a high floor so the hotel gave them an attic room, the view is amazing, the 24-hour reception is gentle and polite, the service attitude is 10 points, the hotel's interior is a bit old but within the price range and location, there is nothing more to ask for. The elevator is extremely slow, at a walking distance, the door lock is stuck, I reported it to the receptionist 4 times but they couldn't fix it, the soundproofing is very poor, the old bed sheets don't look clean, the cleaning is hasty.

When checking in, the information and room photos on traveloka about the room I booked were incorrect,
the sofa was too high without a backrest, the table was too low, I had to sit on the floor to eat noodles. The pillowcases were yellow and torn. I went with a small baby and needed a tub to bathe him, but the tub was too dirty, I didn't dare to bathe him
