Loved my stay at Aluna Hotel, Ben Thanh Market, Malaysia Street area! Service was superb. They even have halal breakfast—not many choices but good enough for the price. Special thanks to Selena at reception, super friendly and helpful! Other staff also very nice. Will surely come back here if I visit Vietnam again

The best thing about the hotel is its accessibility with everything around. It is located a few walks away from the Ben Thanh market and about 10 minutes away from the Saigon Centre Mall if you want to go to the mall. Halal food is just a step away, and even though the market is just right below, it is quite quiet in our room, so we had a good night's sleep. The hotel also serves halal food buffet, so the breakfast was nice. Hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.

We stayed from September 27th until September 30th, 2024. Just two of us together spending our time and full time with shopping, strolling, and our room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and the best was near the shopping area. Definitely, we will come again and choose Aluna Hotel.

First of all, I would like to praise the enthusiastic staff! The breakfast was also delicious. The price I booked was 600k, but having a breakfast buffet like that was OK. The location was near Ben Thanh market, renting a motorbike to travel around District 1. The only negative thing was that the room was small, the toilet room smelled like sewers, opening the door, the smell was unbearable.

I had a wonderful stay at Aluna Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is excellent, very close to the market and convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and enjoying local food. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What made my stay even better was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Stella at the reception desk. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness and attention made me feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend Aluna Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again.

Overpriced, cramped rooms. Dark, narrow, shabby hallways, old rooms. Staff insisted on booking an additional room. Towels were frayed, and the room was infested with ants. Loud noise could be heard coming from all sides of the walls. I highly do not recommend staying here. A very bad experience at this hotel.

Stay in alone but asked for 2 single bed resulted i got a big bed & a view of part of the city…Hotel is rather old & numbers of occupants are high especially from Malaysia..I would suggest the owner start to do a renovation to the hotel as my toilet window & WC are broken & fixed by the hotel in a very simple way. But as a single travel I’ve no comment but if bringing in my family it won’t be my 1st choice for hotel to stay.. As Malaysian Registered Hotel Rating Officer your hotel ill will rate as 2 stars going to 1 1/2 star status.
