The lady and her sister at the hotel are very friendly. We went to Ba Na Hill late but she guided us enthusiastically. We were able to pick up our belongings later. The room price is reasonable. There is an elevator, parking space, and it is close to the center. There are many convenient stores and places to eat nearby.

The staff is not friendly, tourists ask but ignore as if nothing :))) I got 2 rooms, one room had very hot air conditioning, the room felt very humid and uncomfortable, I couldn't stay. I had to go to the other room to sleep overnight. In short, a bad experience, never come back

The bathroom was dirty, the shower was leaking, the bathroom door was dirty and the room was dark. Anyway, the location was nice, right in the foreigner area, there were many convenient stores. If I had to go back, I would still rent it because of the nice location.

The hotel was not like the picture, everything was old, the toilet smelled, was clogged, the air conditioner was noisy, the blankets and mattresses were itchy, in short, it was uninhabitable. I had to rent another hotel.

Thank you for your review of the hotel. The room type you booked is a standard room, with only a hallway window. You requested to change to a room with a window. We have upgraded it for you for free, so this room type will not be the same as the photo of the room you booked. If you are not satisfied with your stay, you can notify us to fix it, but you did not do that. About: air conditioner: there is a silent mode on the remote control to stop the noise. The toilet was clogged because your family put things in and did not flush, but you can notify us to fix it very quickly. We will replace the blankets and sheets completely when the guest checks out. If you are not satisfied, you can notify us to change them. Hope to serve you better next time.

Friendly employee. Even though I only checked in at 1am, the receptionist had already left the lock and the room was already open and very clean. The room is spacious for 4 people, but the bathroom is a bit small so it's a bit smelly. Wifi is very weak. Most of the time I have to use 4g and the network seems to not connect at all. From the hotel, walking distance to the beach is very close. In front of the hotel there are 3 or 4 convenience supermarkets, next to it is a pharmacy. Although the hotel is located in the western neighborhood, prices around there are reasonable, not too high.
