The room was very noisy. The back of the hotel was being renovated all day. After going out, I couldn't rest at noon. The wall was next to the house next door. If the house next door had a phone or a normal conversation, the hotel room could hear everything clearly. Overall, this time I was very disappointed with the noise.
The staff was ok, the service was ok. The room was just too noisy, I couldn't stand the soundproofing being so bad.

The hotel did not inform us in advance that we would have to stay in the basement, it was a bit stuffy and humid, I hope the hotel will clearly state this in the future to avoid misunderstandings. The room for 4 people is spacious, but if we had known in advance that we would stay in the basement, we would have changed to another room upstairs.

The staff is friendly even though there is a language barrier, the room is spacious with an apartment concept. There is a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine. Although there is no AC, the cold air in the room does not make it hot. From the balcony you can see the view of rows of houses. Interesting.

Mình có trải nghiệm không tốt khi lưu trú 02 ngày ở khách sạn An Nam, ưu điểm: lễ tân cho mình nhận phòng sớm (lúc mình đến là 12h35), xe mình thuê vẫn còn khá nhiều xăng nhưng nhược điểm là phòng mình dưới tầng hầm, không hề có ánh sáng tự nhiên nên rất ngộp, phòng mình nằm phía đằng sau quầy lễ tân nên khá ồn, phòng cách âm không tốt và điều thực sự khiếm mình phải trả phòng sớm là phòng không được sạch, không có người dọn phòng, trong phòng vệ sinh có cuộn khăn giấy nhưng vì đã bị dính nước từ trước nên nhăn nhúm (thực sự mình không dám sử dụng), các kệ giá trong phòng cũng đã bị rỉ sét…mọi người nên cân nhắc trước khi chọn phòng nhé

Nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ, nhiệt tình (đặc biệt bạn lễ tân ca chiều hỗ trợ rất nhiều). - Vị trí: Nằm trên đường Nguyễn Công Trí, xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn. - Giường: Khá êm, ấm và thoải mái. - Bếp: Tạm ổn. - WC: Sạch sẽ, nước nóng lạnh mọi lúc. Mình ở phòng King Studio (102). Phòng có cửa sổ hướng ra hành lang các phòng. Nhà vệ sinh không có cửa sổ như hình minh họa. Tủ lạnh thật sự rất chán. Mình có yêu cầu đổi hoặc sửa giúp mình, gần tới đêm thứ 2 mình được đổi tủ lạnh khác nhưng độ lạnh thì 2/10 (để chai nước tối đến sáng không lạnh). Vấn đề khiến mình KHÔNG hài lòng nhất là khu vực để xe. Khách sạn hoàn toàn không có hầm hoặc khu vực đậu xe máy có mái che. Xe máy để trực tiếp ngoài nắng, ngoài sương, biết bao nhiêu bụi bám đầy xe. Và khu vực đậu xe trước khách sạn khá chật hẹp nên trầy xước là điều không tránh khỏi.
