The location is very good, from the hotel you could walk to Bitexco building and Nguyễn Hue Walking street. There are many options for food and drinks, especially Milk tea, a popular drink for young people! Moreover, it's very near to Hồ Tùng Mau street where you could enjoy Northern food and have many selfie photos in good coffee shops. Staff are friendly, they clean room every single day and re-arrange your stuff neatly and tidy. I'm very happy with the stay. A smart choice in Sai Gon!

I was a bit doubtful after reading the reviews, but after I checked in, everything was refuted. The hotel is very comfortable, cleanliness is maintained, the AC works well, it is a bit noisy from outside at night, there are often akamsi who do karaoke. Overall, everything is good. The location is also strategic.

The housekeeping staff were enthusiastic, but the reception was slow. They didn't inform the guest in advance about being given the wrong room, only notifying them after they had left so they could pack up and move. The toilet was clogged, and there were cockroaches in the room.

Overall, it's decent for the price. It's near the city center, so there's a lot of loud music playing around at night, and since the room isn't soundproof, it gets all the noise in. The room is also a bit stuffy, but the staff are friendly and the service is quick and efficient.

Upon arrival, I was aware of the air conditioning problem beforehand, and they assisted with changing rooms to another hotel within the same branch, even covering the transportation costs for the room change. A fantastic experience.

The best part of the hotel is the location to city center. However, the sink was clogged on arrival and the hot tub was leaking all over the floor. Hot tub with shower head was the only way to bathe. Tiles of the hot tub were also missing. Hotel rooms smelled musty on arrival. There were four beds for my family of five, which is good for my setup. Staff was friendly, price was reasonable but I would rather choose other locations for future visits to Vietnam.

The room was okay for the price, but the furniture was too old, the blanket and bed sheets were worn out, and the equipment was too old. So personally, I wouldn't come back even though the location was good and the staff was friendly. It wouldn't be suitable for those who like cleanliness.

The air conditioner is broken, the hot and cold water is hot, the faucet is broken, choose cold water but it comes out hot. Booked a single room, received a double single bed room, the receptionist's attitude when checking in was bad.
