The guest reported late check-in, when they arrived, the room was not as booked. First, they gave the guest the wrong room, and said they could only use 2 beds, and the other bed would be charged extra. The room had an incense burner right in the room. The hotel owner said that if the guest didn't like it, they should go to Traveloka to report a refund. So I didn't check in and went to find another hotel. I reported it to Traveloka but the system didn't give me a refund. I sent an email to Traveloka but there was no response. I called the hotel owner and his tone was very harsh, if Traveloka doesn't refund me, I'll just take this recorded call to the Da Lat Education Department. I work there, I'll pay you 10 million, no, 100 million. The commitment was as firm as a nail, but when the guest called to report it, they called me "you" and hung up, and blocked the number. I called to report that Traveloka didn't respond as the hotel owner said, but I got the same attitude. Everyone should not be greedy for cheapness and book. Cheap is bad. The hotel is located deep in the alley, there is no parking space, if there is, you have to park on the street and walk in. The amount I paid was only 336k, but the hotel has not been kind to the guests from the beginning, so there is nothing more than the word "Bad".

I rented a room for 2 days, I paid on Friday and Saturday and paid on Saturday and Sunday because I got on the bus on Friday night and wanted to have a room when I arrived in the morning and not have to wander around the streets, but the host said he thought I wouldn't come so he gave the room to someone else, it was so unreasonable. I can't understand why this hotel still exists on the app. I booked 2 rooms and paid in advance via momo, but when I got there, the hotel owner said there were no 2 rooms, only 1 room was delivered, because the app was not updated and no refunds were given. When you arrive, the room is not cleaned and is very dirty. In general, a clean person cannot live there.

The room was clean, but at night there were a lot of mosquitoes that bit me and my face was swollen. The weather in Da Lat was not as hot as before, there was no fan, not to mention air conditioning, and there was no mini refrigerator in the room. When I was bathing, the water ran out and I had to call the owner to pump the water. The wife had to shut off the first meal and the next meal and had to call the owner to turn it on and say it was the wife's fault. On Saturday, there was a lot of house repair work, no rest, no apologies at all. The hotel owner's attitude, way of speaking and behavior are not good. Will never come to this hotel again with the hotel owner's attitude and way of talking

Chủ người Bắc nói chuyện rất khó nghe. Villa 1 nơi, địa chỉ để trên app 1 nẻo. Sáng sớm 5h sáng kiếm tới kiếm lui không ra mà gọi chủ thì chửi. Nhờ xách hộ hành lý vô nhà vì grab không vô tới nơi được hẻm rất nhỏ, thay vì từ chối lịch sự thì nói “không ai rãnh”. Trả tiền hết rồi mà chủ nhà đòi đuổi không nhận khách trong khi có em bé nhỏ, giữa trời Đà Lạt sáng sớm. Chủ nói apps chưa trả tiền, đưa email xác nhận của apps họ cũng không tin. Đi du lịch mà gặp dịch vụ như vậy thì bực tức cả chuyến du lịch của người ta. Phòng rẻ thiệt nhưng không có nhà vệ sinh riêng. Coi như book phòng rẻ thì cái đó cũng không đáng. Nhưng thái độ dịch vụ rất tệ. Cực cực cực kì tệ.
