I booked the room during the off-peak season, so the price was quite good. Therefore, I didn't have high expectations or demands for the service from the start. The room was nice and clean, and the facilities were generally very good. However, the service experience that day was a bit disappointing for my family. I didn't expect a bellman to be standing at the door to greet guests, but when my family arrived, no staff member proactively came out to assist or guide us. We had to wait for a while, and then my family had to retrieve our luggage and carry it to the room ourselves. Additionally, the receptionist spoke quite loudly to my husband that day, making the whole group feel uncomfortable. I've stayed at several 3- and 4-star hotels in Nha Trang before and had quite good service experiences, with staff proactively assisting guests and luggage. So, with a 5-star hotel, I think the reception and service attitude could be more professional and attentive. I still have a positive opinion of the rooms and cleanliness, but I hope the hotel will improve the attitude and proactiveness of its staff to ensure a more complete guest experience.

I rented two rooms, one of which smelled of cigarette smoke, so I had to call the reception for assistance. They fumigated the room, which helped a little, but the smell was still quite strong, so please be aware. Otherwise, the service was good, and there's a movie theater where you can watch a movie while waiting for your room.

Our family of four – a couple and two children – made a mistake in the app during check-in, but the hotel staff were very helpful! The food was delicious, and the pool was huge! The breakfast counter had a wide variety of options; the service was excellent for a place like this! If we return to Sam Son, we will definitely book this hotel again!

There were no side dishes for bread, no cold cuts, no olives, the hot food counter only had one type of noodle dish, and the egg counter only had one type of omelet. The buffet counter had nothing to eat. Extremely disappointing compared to breakfast at other 3-4 star hotels. There was no parking, guests had to park outdoors on the sidewalk. Booking through a sales agent even forced us to eat breakfast at the hotel.
