Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình tuy nhiên mình nghĩ cần chuyên nghiệp hơi trong khâu tiếp đón khách. Đồ ăn cần cải thiện chất lượng hơn, với mình thì nó hơi mặn. View ở đây đẹp vô cùng. Nếu có cơ hội mình sẽ quay lại, hi vọng những góp ý trên sẽ được cải thiện thì Bakhan sẽ là điểm đến vô cùng tuyệt vời.

I love staying here. Staffs are local and totally friendly. The hotel is quite far from Mai Chau town, but it's a perfect place to hideaway and enjoy the local things. The food is really tasty, except one thing, they serve kind of much for us but the price is cool. The room is clean, warm, and absolutely more beautiful than pictures here.
