As a hotels gold rewards member I'm happy to report that my status was recognized here. Great benefits were offered from remarkable staff. The hotel was quiet, very quiet for Da Nang, clean and comfortable. I was please with the breakfast selection and the restaurant but keep in mind they do not have room service here. The hotel is well located near the beach or to explore the city with nearby restaurants. I personally want to thank the management team and front desk staff here. While I did communicate with them all, Tam was very helpful. Although there was another two front desk staff members who deserve recognition as well.

The hotel staff were the best thing about the hotel. There's a building site right next door and it was very noisy from about 6.30am every morning until late at night. It looks like it's going to be work in progress for quite some time. The hotel itself is a bit tired and the staff were the highlight. Without them, we would have checked out sooner. I would give the staff 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff are friendly, helpful, they can also offer extended stay for 6 hours for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is excellent, pool is clean, souvenir shop at the lobby has quality products with competitive price. Love the rooftop pool! Great views of the city. Room was quite big and clean with its own balcony. We were on the top floor so not noisy at all. Had lunch by the pool and breakfast was decent too. I’d stay here again.

Great spacious rooms with good air conditioning . We enjoyed the roof top pool with sauna and spa . Staff were helpful but not pushy as they can be at other Vietnam establishments . Only negative was the breakfast which had the same menu offering each day . We stayed 5 nights and some variety would have been appreciated .
