The location of the hotel is very strategic, easy to reach, lots of restaurants and coffee places around it can be reached on foot, close to the big river that divides Ho Chi Minh City, the cleanliness of the rooms is good and the breakfast is quite varied and delicious.

The pool is not quite the same as the pictures promoted there is limited space on the roof top. Basic gym but enough, no windows in the gym. For a 4 star hotel, there is also no concierge service.
Breakfast has Fresh eggs cooked to your liking which is great. However the continental breakfast is so so. I am surprised for a 4* hotel there wasn't any milk alternative (I am lactose intolerant) Ingredients are not labelled on the buffet so those who have any allergies be aware.
Clean hotel room, good housekeeping service and good location. Good location for solo travelers

Hotel room was good and exactly as described with staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was good. The lower review is due to the building work directly opposite the Bay Hotel. Noise all day every day which wasnt a problem but on one night this carried on until 4.30am making it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. Reception advised the construction site had a licence from the government to work until 3am and had no notice of this or future night works. The hotel did all they could offering to move my room and supply ear plugs but this wouldn't have made any difference as the vibrations from concrete work could be felt throughout the hotel.

Great location, decent swimming pool on the roof with plenty of sun, a bit noisy neighbourhood due to construction but considering how close it is to everything it is tolerable (and you do not hear it in the room). I wish there was no carpet on the floor. The only downside is that there semed to be no marked (or available) stairs to the upper floors and the hotel was fully booked so the wait for the elevators was very long, in addition trying to eat breakfast after 9 AM was nearly impossible due to the number of people. The solution was to just be a lot earlier.

This is a really noise hotel , specially by the restaurant area which is next to the lobby. There are buses full of guets coming to check in or check out . And that makes a lot of noises when you are just trying to peaceful enjoy a meal or a drink inside the restaurant . A glasswall between the restaurant and the lobby would fix this problem. Elevators are small for the amount of guests going up and down. Small swimming pool as well . The only thing I like about this hotel is the staff , so nice people, friendly and respectful. I took a meal and some drinks every single day during my stay in the restaurant and at the sky bar as well. Special thanks to Nin Dao , she was so amazing and helpful . Thanks to the cleaners as well . I wouldn't stay here again .

Not as advertised!! The room was dirty, very noisy, and smelled. We could not stay here. The hotel was very unaccommodating, as they would not provide any kind of refund for the nights we were not there. The pictures are deceiving. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
