1. Đầu tiên đó chính là việc không thể sử dụng hồ bơi, bản thân mình phân vân lựa chọn giữa 2 khách sạn vì khách sạn này có hồ bơi, cho đến khi đến nơi thì nói hồ bơi đang bảo trì, đang bảo trì thì sao không sửa thông tin trên app đi, đằng này cứ giữ nguyên như treo đầu dê bán thịt chó. 2. Máy lạnh chạy quá ồn và phòng cách âm rất kém 3. Hành lang rất hôi, mùi giống mùi cá ương. 4. Câu chuyện thức ăn nước uống trong phòng, lúc check-out mới biết mình bị charge tiền nước suối. Ban đầu lúc check-in thì nói nước suối không tính tiền, lúc check out thì nói chỉ nước suối trên bàn được miễn phí còn nước suối trong tủ lạnh thì không, nhưng vấn đề lúc vào mình không thấy trên bàn có nước suối, chỉ thấy nước suối trong tủ lạnh, nên mình nghĩ là nước suối được cấp. Thật sự bực mình sự không rõ ràng này Mình không recommend khách sạn này cho các khách khác đâu nhé

Nhân viên có thái độ phục vụ rất không tốt , buffet sáng thì sơ Sài , nước nóng tại phòng không có , báo với lễ Tân nhưng cũng không được sửa chữa hoặc đổi phòng , yêu cầu dọn phòng cũng không có nhân viên tới dọn . Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này thêm một lần nào nữa

Mình đã ở đây 3 đêm. Mình chọn phòng Deluxe Double/Twin 2 giường đơn, trên hình ảnh là có cửa sổ view phố. Khi nhận thì khách sạn nói là không có view, và up lên phòng 1 giường đơn + 1 giường đôi không cửa sổ không phụ thu. Mình muốn lấy phòng có cửa sổ view phố thì phải phụ thu 100k/ đêm. Hồ bơi không sử dụng được! Mình không hài lòng về điều này vì mình chọn khách sạn này là do khách sạn có hồ bơi, nếu biết không sử dụng được thì mình đã chọn khách sạn khác. Phòng cách âm không tốt, mình ở phòng 301, 302 nhưng vẫn nghe khách ở phòng 304 ồn ào. Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương, phòng sạch sẽ. Mình được nhận phòng sớm 1h. Mình được gửi hành lý miễn phí 3h do chuyến bị đổi chuyến bay.

The hotel is quite good, the room is nice but a bit small, relatively fully equipped, the TV has internet and youtube connection so families with young children can let the children watch TV in their free time. The staff is very cute and enthusiastic to support guests, the breakfast buffet is also very good, only a pity that the time I stayed, the swimming pool was under repair so I couldn't swim, but in return, the beach was very close (about 7 minutes away). suite), an interesting thing is that the bathroom is covered with a curtain so couples or couples can pull the curtain up :)) . The downside is that the soundproofing room is still poor, so when I sleep at night, guests who go out in the hallway loudly or close the door of the next room strongly will hear the noise, some rooms inside (I am in room 804) are lacking in light. Sunlight, but my mother's side (room 803) has better light.

2 giờ check-in mà phải ngồi chờ đến 3h . phòng cách âm kém. Bảo là có chỗ đậu xe mà nhà mình đến phải gởi xe ở bãi + phụ thu thêm phí đậu xe.

Bể bơi vẫn đang sửa chữa(đọc review trên google thì mấy tháng trước cũng sửa chữa, chắc vài năm nữa mới xong). Gạch trong phòng bị vỡ, tủ lạnh không vệ sinh, mở ra mùi hôi rất khó chịu. Tệ nhất là mất nước nóng, báo lễ tân thì bảo kỹ thuật về hết rồi không xử lý được, trong khi nhà mình có bé hơn 1 tuổi cần phải tắm. 2 hôm ở khách sạn không có nước nóng, rất bực mình. Buffet sáng thì ngày đầu tiên lễ tân gọi bảo oder bánh mì hoặc đồ ăn sáng vì không đủ khách để làm buffet, đến hôm sau thì có buffet.

Phòng chưa được sạch sẽ lắm, phòng vệ sinh vào check in vẫn còn mùi. Khách sạn siêu vắng, mình có book giá cao hơn để được ăn sáng buffet vì có em bé, nhưng tối bạn lễ tân có hỏi mình chọn món ăn gì vì không đủ khách để làm buffet. Sáng hôm sau xuống phòng ăn đèn tối um, hỏi lễ tân thì có vẻ như lúc đó các bạn mới chạy đi mua serve cho mình và 1 gia đình nữa, đồ ăn siêu nguội và không ngon. Quá thất vọng
