Rooms are ok. Great staff. Enthusiastic support. Should stay in single room 01, or double room 02, rooms 03 04 are less airy. However, the food is just a meal, the buffet is not good, but it is still acceptable if not too fastidious. As for the interior, it's quite good, the room has 2 windows with sea view. The swimming pool also has a sea view although it is a bit far. The staff are sweet and enthusiastic at times. Poor wifi almost unusable (10th floor). The normal breakfast buffet is nothing special. If the hotel can support customers more in case of an emergency, it's good because in the middle of the night, calling down to the front desk to ask for thermocouples and antipyretic drugs from the hotel are not available, nor have a solution.

Hello Ms. Diem, Thank you and your family for choosing Grand Sunrise 3 during your last vacation. Currently the hotel wifi is stable, have not heard from customers, so we are very sorry about the wifi problem on the 10th floor. Hotel thermometers are available to assist guests when needed, but at 2pm the night reception forgot where to put it. So I don't know to give it to you. Early in the morning before 5am, the reception had an early call to the pharmacy to help buy medicine for her, but it was too early to open the pharmacy. The hotel will remind the staff again, thank you for your comments. I hope you understand what happened.
