Theo mình với 3 sao mà mức giá hơn 2tr thì nó cũng đã cao và mong muốn dịch vụ tốt hơn. Phòng mình ở khi vừa vào đã có con rết to từ giường ngủ bò ra. Ăn sáng thì bàn ghế không có nhân viên phục vụ dọn dẹp mà chỉ có 1 chú bảo vệ dọn. Hình ảnh mình có chụp nhưng không thế tải lên được

I book a room that usually comes to a new place to pay an extra fee for my two children because they are small or sometimes do not notice / the place of the book is not clearly displayed. There are hotels even free for 1 small child in their house. But the day I went was a holiday. The resort surcharges 2 kids, I'm ok but 450k / child 🥲. Moreover, the receptionist shouted that he thought he was cheating or something: “what? You have two big kids so you can't live like that! You have to change to a bigger room, sister" with a very annoyed attitude. When you find yourself not complaining about the surcharge, you laugh out loud. Room total 3,300k/night but no welcome drink + breakfast from 7-9h closed the counter but at 8:30am (my husband came out first with two children), food at the counter was not filled up, there were flies, food Except for the fine filter cake, everything is cold and seasoned quite boring. With such a price on a holiday, such a breakfast buffet is not reasonable. The swimming pool is also rare to see staff on duty. I helped pick up trash from the beach with a security guard, but from the beginning to the end he never spoke or thanked me a word even though I then went to pick up more and went to find the resort's trash to put it in. The guard's attitude was quite tired 😢. The only plus point is that the security guards at the parking lot help their family move their lunch and guide them to move the car without any frustration, always smiling. Thanks uncles!

bad room facilities, especially the bathroom. old, slow running faucet. The water heater is not hot enough. Cantin for breakfast to open late, food cold and feeling unhygienic.

A few breakfast dishes, many insect restaurant areas. The hotel did not clean the room when guests were out, while in the room knocked on the door at noon to ask "have a room cleaning?".

For luxury double room with pool view, the hotel is located a bit far from the center so it is very quiet, light. Our first impression was the enthusiastic staff, the cool space, the bluish, the fantastic rooms, the wonderful. Sea water in this area is quite dirty, but the hotel has 2 swimming pools. The big exception to this hotel is the area near the fishing port so lots of flies, chills are seen. Compared with many hotels in this area I used to live in, this hotel furniture is the best, you can refer nhé
