I booked through traveloka and paid on the app, when I checked out, the receptionist said I hadn't paid yet. I told him to check carefully and he called the manager and said "check out now, I have a phone number for you, if you haven't paid yet, I'll call you". I didn't agree and asked him to check carefully so I could work with traveloka immediately. I didn't want to leave without paying as he said District 1 hotel with unprofessional staff. Poor equipment

The staff taking the morning food is so bad. It's like being forced to work for a customer. If I forgot something, the room cleaner said it wasn't there, but I left it on the table next to the TV. Breakfast is served at 7:30. But by 9:30 it was said it was over. I must say it's too bad.

The room is too noisy because of some machinery of the downstair restaurant. I reported to the receptionist but they did nothing, even change another room for me. Too bad.
