It was good stay for me and my wife. Room and restroom were clean and bed was comfortable with clean covers. Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. He arranged 1 day tour and returning bus for us with cheap price, and the quality of those services were very good. It's not fancy modern hotel but clean enough, good view, good location, with very kind staffs and owner.

The staff was very enthusiastic and let me check in early and after checking out, the group left their belongings to go out to eat and then pick them up later, and he still let me leave my belongings. There are full services such as car rental 120k/1 car, laundry, food and drink,... clean and comfortable room, he changed to a room with a view facing the welcome gate so I highly recommend everyone to book a room here. The hotel's drinks range from 40-70k compared to the tourist price, which is okay, I rate it about 7/10. Because the tour was 2 days 1 night, I didn't take pictures of the room. Everyone should go for 3 days 2 nights to experience Cat Ba comfortably.

Before, the sea view was okay, but now they are doing construction so I don't think it's worth it. Hic, the room doesn't have a kettle or a bottle of mineral water, the hot and cold water is turned on for a while, but after washing half of your hair, all the hot water is gone, the room is quite old. The owner here is quite enthusiastic, everyone should consider it.
